UK: On the day of the wedding the bride and bridegroom are kept separate1 until the ceremony2. It is said to be bad luck if the bridegroom sees the bride in her dress before the wedding. The bride arrives at the ceremony with her father and bridesmaids. Her father formally gives her away to her new husband. During the ceremony the happy couple exchange vows3 and give each other wedding rings.
英国:婚礼的那天,新郎和新娘在婚礼仪式开始之前不能见面。据说如果新郎在婚礼仪式前看到新娘穿婚纱的样子,就会带来坏运气。新娘要在她的父亲以及伴娘的陪同下一起入场。父亲正式地把女儿交给她的新婚丈夫。在仪式中,幸福的一对新人要交换誓词,并为彼此带上婚戒。
Switzerland: A Pine tree, which symbolizes4 luck and fertility, is planted at the couples new home. The brides crown, which symbolizes her maidenhood, is removed and set afire5 by the mistress of ceremonies. Its considered lucky if it burns quickly.

Greece: The best man help with the crowning of the couple, and in the circling of the altar three times. Other guests may read Scripture, hold candles, pack the crowns in a special box after the ceremony. To be sure of a “sweet life”, the bride may carry a lump6 of sugar in her glove on wedding day.

Finland: Brides wear golden crowns. After the wedding, unmarried women dance in a circle around the blindfolded7 bride, waiting for her to place her crown on someones head. It is thought that whoever she crowns will be the next to get married.

Korea: A very interesting scene is that you will always find ducks on the wedding procession8, because in their culture, ducks mate for life. In the past time, the groom visits the brides house on a white horse, and takes a gray goose and gander in his hand which represents he will love the bride for all his life and only have her in his life.
韩国: 婚礼中有个很有趣的场景,你会发现有鸭子混在婚礼队列中,因为在他们的文化中,鸭子是终身相伴的象征。在过去,新郎会骑一匹白马去新娘家,并带上一对灰色的鹅象征着他对新娘一辈子的爱及忠诚。
Malaysia: The bridegrooms gifts to the bride are always sent by costumed9 children in a special way. Children will dress up in their best clothes and on their way to the brides home. They sing, dance, and laugh, making the air filled with happiness. And in their hand, there is always a very delicate10 plate filled with delicious food and currency11 folded animals or flowers (Which means the new couple will live a comfortable life). Each wedding guest is given a beautifully decorated hard-boiled egg, a symbol of fertility.
马来西亚:新郎赠送给新娘的礼物由盛装打扮的孩子们以特殊的方式送过去。孩子们穿着自己最好的衣服一路唱着、跳着、笑着去往新娘家,空气中都充满了欢乐的气氛。他们手中捧着精致的盘子,里面装着美味的食物和用钱折叠出的装饰品,有的是小动物,有的是花儿(象征着他们以后会过上舒心的生活)。每位参加婚礼的来宾都会获赠一个装饰精美的煮熟了的鸡蛋, 它是多生贵子的象征。
