Yue Da Mining Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Zhuzhou Smelter Group and Yuntong Zinc Co., Ltd

Yue Da Mining Holdings Limited (00629.HK)announced that, in order to obtain stable source of income, the Company has signed Zhuzhou Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co., Ltd. (600961 SH), a subsidiary of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holdings Group, so as to supply lead and zinc concentrate produced by the Company to the latter. In addition, Baoshan Feilong Nonferrous Metal Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Yue Da Mining Holdings Limited, also signed Yunnan Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Yunnan Yuntong Zinc Alloy Company (Yuntong Zinc), to which Feilong Nonferrous Metal will supply zinc concentrate.

The valid period of the two agreements will start from January 1, 2010 till December 31,2019, and renewal of agreements is permitted.According to Zhuzhou Strategic Cooperation Agreement, the Company estimates it will supply 10000 metal tons of lead and zinc concentrate to Zhuzhou Smelting Group for the year ending December 31, 2010. For procurement in the years afterwards, it is required to separately prescribe the exact quantity of products to be supplied based on the annual supply contract to be signed between both sides.
