一、现在进行时表示现在或现阶段正在进行或发生的动作。

现在进行时主动式由“be +现在分词”，而被动结构由“am/ is/ are+ being+过去分词”构成。

(1) Since I won the big prize，my telephone hasnt stopped ringing.People________to ask how I am going to spend the money.________________ (05湖南卷)

【解析】由句中语境可以判断，我赢得大奖这一事件对现在造成了影响，现在不断有人打电话来问我将怎么来花这些钱，所以应用现在进行时，故答案选【D】。

【解析】由句中语境可以判断，表示随着森林在被破坏，现在大量的沃壤也正在被冲走，故答案选【D】。

【注意】表示心理状态、情感或感觉的有些动词：hear，see，like，contain，belong to，have on，understand，have，know 等一般不用进行时。

二、现在进行时可用来表示近期特定的安排计划。一些短暂性动词如：go，come，start，leave，move，return等和延续性动词如：play，stay，fly等用进行时可表示将来时。

【解析】close down 是短暂性动词，表示现在正在发生的动作对将来可能造成影响，故答案选【C】。

【注意】(1) 进行时和always，forever，continually，constantly，instantly，continuously等频度副词连用，表示经常、反复发生的动作。表达说话者厌烦、愤怒、抱怨、赞扬等情感，不强调动作的进行性。

He is such a man who is always finding fault with other people.(表责怪)

Theyre forever quarrelling about something.(表不满)

(2) 少数动词用进行时的主动式表示被动含义，这时句子的主语必须是无生命的物体。如：build ，print，cook ，hang ，fry ，make 。

The books are printing.
