Ｃｈｉｎａ Ｋｎｉｔｔｉｎｇ ２００８ ｏｎ ｔｈｅ Ｗａｙ

The year of 2007 witnessed a fairly good economic performance in tex-tile industry as a whole, resulting in industrial output value for 3080 billionyuan in the middle and big enterprises. The textiles and apparel export cameup to $171.7 billion, 18.86% up as against 2006. With this setting, the knit-ting industry in China also kept a growth momentum in 2007. From Jan. to Nov. the total knitting apparel and its accessories export amounted to $56.1billion, 39.23% higher than its previous year, $12.6 billion more than wovenapparel export in dollar term, to be more exact, $1 billion dollars more onmonthly average.
