Nowadays in China many peasants go to cities to seek their fortune. Honestly speaking, these peasants make great contributions to our cities. They deserve to be respected. But at the same time, too many peasants coming makes the cities much more crowded. Besides, many other problems, such as education, environmental protection, public security, and so on, begin to appear one by one.

In order to solve these social problems, our government calls on us to build New Socialist Countryside. I think it is a great decision. If the countryside is well developed, few farmers would like to leave their homes and go to big cities. Both the cities and the countryside will become more and more beautiful.

1． 大多数学生认为跳华尔兹舞是课外活动的良好形式，不但有益于身心健康，而且可以丰富校园生活，使自己身心放松。

2． 有人持怀疑和担心的态度， 他们认为欠发达地区缺乏师资力量，而且担心会导致学生早恋。

One possible version

The Ministry of Education has put forward a plan of popularizing Waltz in schools from the start of the new school year of 2007, which leads to a heated discussion.

Most students are in favour of the plan. They say dancing is a good form of after-class activity, and it is beneficial to their physical and mental health. Whats more, it will enrich their school life and help them relax.

On the other hand, some people have expressed their doubts and worries about it. For example, how can we get enough dancing teachers in less developed areas? And they are worried that students are more likely to fall into love too early, which may result from the activity.

In my opinion, as long as the students are educated in a proper way, the activity will bring a lot of benefits.
