让家庭作业更简单的办法

Homework can be too much at times. One of the biggest challenges1 of being amiddle school student is learning how you work best. It can look a little different foreveryone. Luckily， you can try many different ways to find what works best for you.

Understand the assignment2. Write it down wherever you keep track of3 yourassignments， such as a notebook or an app on your phone. Don’t be afraid to askquestions about what’s expected4. It’s much easier to ask the teacher during or afterclass than to struggle5 to remember later that night.

Start as soon as you can. Use free time during your school day to start your homework.If you don’t have any free time， take a few minutes to look through all your assignmentsduring school， so you have a chance to ask questions before you go home.

Get in the right mood6. If you start working while you are in a bad mood， youmay not get much done. Try practicing a breathing7 exercise before getting started，even just for a few minutes. These will help you focus8 better.

Decide where to start. Some people like to start with the easy assignments to getthem out of the way， while others prefer9 to do with the more difficult assignmentsfirst. Try both and see which one works better.

Keep moving. If you get stuck10， try to work out the problem. Don’t spend toomuch time on it because you need time for your other assignments. If you need to，ask someone for help， like teachers， friends or family. You could also text a classmate—just do your best to stay on topic.

家庭作业有时可能太多。作为一名中学生，最大的挑战之一是学会如何最高效地学习。答案对每个人来说似乎都有点不同。好在你可以尝试多种不同的方法来找到最适合自己的一种。

弄清作业。在所有可以记录的地方记下作业内容，比如笔记本或手机应用程序。不要害怕询问老师对作业的要求。在课间或课后问老师比当天晚上回家后绞尽脑汁回想要容易得多。

尽快开始。利用在校期间的空闲时间开始做家庭作业。如果你没有空闲时间，那就花几分钟时间在学校里浏览一下所有的作业，这样你就有机会在回家前提问。

保持好心情。如果你在心情不好的时候开始学习，你可能完成不了太多事情。试着在开始之前做呼吸训练，哪怕只做几分钟。这会帮助你更好地集中注意力。

决定从哪里开始。有些人喜欢从简单的作业开始把能解决的先解决了，而另一些人则喜欢先做更难的作业。两者都试一下，看看哪一个效果更好。

持续努力。如果你卡在某个问题上了，试着努力解决它，但不要耗费太多时间，因为你还需要时间完成其他任务。如果有需要，你可以向老师、朋友或家人寻求帮助。你也可以给同学发短信———但尽量别聊偏题了。
