Ouyang Rihui∙15 ∙
With the accelerated application of digital technologies such as the Internet, big data, cloud comput⁃ing, and artificial intelligence, mankind is moving from the era of industrial economy to the era of digital economy. The momentum and paradigms of economic growth in the digital economy are different from those in the industrial economy, but the basic logic and framework for analyzing economic growth have not changed. In the industrial economy, the“troika”of investment, consumption and exports, which drive eco⁃nomic growth, has begun to show a weak and slowing trend, and it is necessary to transform the growth mo⁃mentum.Consumption-driven,supply-driven and innovation-driven are the“three major driving forces”of economic growth in the digital economy. With the introduction of digital technology and data elements into the economic system and the transformation of the economic growth paradigm, digital platforms and digital ecosystems have provided an important engine for cultivating new momentum for economic growth, thereby creating a higher level of dynamic balance between supply and demand and achieving endogenous economic growth. To achieve high-quality economic growth in the digital economy, efforts should be made in digital infrastructure, the use of data elements, the development of and integrated development of digital platforms.
(3)Mechanisms of Implicit Identity:The Homogeneity of Everyday Life in Contemporary Capi⁃talism——Interpretation of the Volume 3 of Lefebvre’sCritique of Everyday Life
Zhang Yibing∙58 ∙
Unlike the traditional bourgeoisie that simply resorts to violent political domination when it has just encountered the proletariat’s resistance, the hegemony proposed by Gramsci is no longer a submission af⁃ter high pressure, but an identification of the oppressed class with the bourgeoisie’s domination from the bottom of its heart, and Lefebvre wants to pull the mechanism of identity in the hegemony into his own cri⁃tique of everyday life.Identity and everyday discourse are the“life-giving spring breeze and rain”penetra⁃tion of the ruling class ideology into everyday life, which subtly conceals the real oppressive relations of slavery and unequal power through the words that are spoken every day.Of course, the real basis of this im⁃plicit domination of homogeneity is the homogeneous mechanism of bourgeois everyday life itself.
(4)A Study of Zhang Haipeng and the History of the Xinhai Revolution
Wang Fengqing∙88 ∙
The history study of the Xinhai Revolution played an important role in Zhang Haipeng’s academic re⁃search. The study of revolutionary history has important inspiration and refer⁃ence significance.
(5)The Degeneration of the Political Work of the Army after the KMT’s Party Purge
Li Xiang∙104 ∙
After the“party purge,”the political work of the Kuomintang army not only failed to recover as ex⁃pected, but instead accelerated its alienation. In terms of ideological construction, the political work of the party and the army gradually separated, and officers and soldiers deliberately alienated their doctrines and beliefs, which eventually led to the decline of doctrines. In terms of propaganda work, the voices of politi⁃cal revolution and social revolution quickly fell silent. The divergence between the words and deeds of mil⁃itary and political leaders in terms of party-military relations and land issues has caused the distance be⁃tween the military and the people to grow further and further until they are abandoned by the people. In or⁃ganizational work, contempt for party building and obsession with force are not only the root cause of the party’s weakness in power, but also stimulate the further dominance of military power.Under the joint at⁃tack of military leaders, military political work has become a thorn in the side and an outcast of the Kuomintang Central Committee.Amid the clamor of the omnipotence of force, the degeneration of political work after the“purge of the party”became the deep-seated“spot”of the collapse of the Kuomintang re⁃gime.

Li Jing,Wu Yijia∙166 ∙
The topic of state building from the political-cultural perspective has not been discussed comprehen⁃sively in the history of New China before.Especially, how to construct and consolidate the Worker-Peas⁃ant alliance as a“National Political Community”at the discourse level.Based on the key moment of pro⁃motion of policies of Unified Purchase and Sale initiated after the General Line in the Transition Period proposed in 1953-1954, the study analyzes how didthe New Hunan Daily, utilized specific strategies through the discussion about“Xiang Zhanmei,”and produced three main stages of discourse through con⁃tinuous interaction with the public. The discussion reshaped the peasants’ideas and made them accept the basic vision of worker-peasant alliance and sold their grain to the state. Therefore, it represents the performative power of the state. This process of discourse construction partly protected the interests of the peasants, and there was not too much coercive force. It was a significant development in the early years of state building when the administrative power and resources were still imperfect. And it was an important manifestation of global political phenomenon of building the worker-peasant alliance.
(8)On the Impact of Arbitration Agreements on the Exercise of Subrogation Rights——Comment on Article 36 of the Judicial Interpretation of the General Principles of Contract Compilation of the Civil Code
Wang Liming∙221 ∙
Due to the exercise of subrogation rights involving three parties: the creditor, the debtor, and the counterparty of the debtor, there is often a dispute in practice as to whether an arbitration agreement should bind a third party when there is an arbitration agreement between the two parties. In order to unify the rules of arbitration,Article 36 of the Judicial Interpretation of the General Principles of Contract stipu⁃lates the impact of arbitration agreements on subrogation rights. This provision does not recognize that a subrogation arbitration agreement cannot naturally bind creditors, thus maintaining the application of the relativity rule of contracts in arbitration. It also clarifies that even if there is an arbitration agreement, cred⁃itors can exercise their subrogation rights through litigation procedures, but when exercising their subroga⁃tion rights, creditors must be bound by the arbitration agreement.According to this provision,if the debtor’s counterparty has applied for arbitration before the end of the first instance debate, the subrogation law⁃suit should be suspended. This provision effectively connects the relationship between subrogation rights and arbitration agreements, reflects respect for the autonomy of the parties in private law,and also resolves long-standing disputes in judicial practice.
(9)The Theoretical Mechanism, Implementation Ideas and Policy S uggestions of Promoting Common Prosperity Through Regional Coordinated Development
Li Chen∙274 ∙
Regional coordinated development is not only an important strategic measure to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development in China, but also an inevitable requirement for realizing the common prosperity for everyone. The implementation of regional coordinated development strategy can promote common prosperity through three channels:the free flow of elements at the micro level, the deep correlation of industries at the meso level, and the spatial radiation at the macro level.Through the analy⁃sis of the development gap and its evolution trend among China’s regions, provinces, north and south re⁃gions,it is pointed out that the regional development gap is still an important issue restricting China’s real⁃ization of common prosperity in the new development stage. In order to promote common prosperity by nar⁃rowing the regional development gap,it is necessary to adhere to regional common development in under⁃standing, regional symbiotic development in practice and regional shared development in system. Based on this, this paper puts forward four policy recommendations to promote common prosperity through coor⁃dinated regional development: adhere to the guidance of high-quality development to lay the economic foundation for the realization of common prosperity, accelerate the formation of a regional development pat⁃tern with complementary advantages to lay a spatial foundation for the realization of common prosperity, accelerate the construction of a new mechanism for regional coordinated development to lay an institution⁃al foundation for the realization of common prosperity, accelerate the equalization of basic public services to lay a social foundation for the realization of common prosperity.
