英文邀请信（函）写作技巧点拨

邀请信（函）是书信类写作的常见类型，写作内容多是邀请某人参加某项活动。下面将从邀请信（函）的评价标准、篇章结构、常用表达、范文赏析等角度来阐述邀请信（函）的写作技巧。

一、邀请信（函）的评价标准

以下四点是阅卷老师评价一篇书信写作水平的常见标准。

（一）要点齐全。对于邀请信（函），一定要对人物、地点、时间、活动内容等重要信息表述完整。

（二）行文有逻辑。英文作文逻辑是由句子间语义上的内在联系和句子间适当的逻辑信号词组成，英文文章不是句子的简单堆砌，要注意使用衔接连贯的逻辑词。

（三）词汇使用的准确度。词汇是构成文章的基本单元，在写英语句子时一定要注意用词的准确性，这关系到表达的准确与得体。

（四）句式的多样性。句式的多样性指的是定语从句、状语从句等复合句式的使用，如果全篇作文只有主谓宾这样的简单句式，那就很难得到高分。

二、邀请信（函）的篇章结构

一般来说，书信类的文章一般采用三段式：开头+正文+结尾。每一段都有相对固定的写作内容，三段式的写作能凸显清晰的篇章结构。

第一段（开头）：问候+写作背景+写信目的。

第二段（正文）：活动时间地点+具体内容/过程+活动益处。

第三段（结尾）：期待接受邀请，盼望回复。

三、邀请信（函）常用表达

英文书信有一些常见的固定表达，多积累对快速写出一篇高质量的书信或电子邮件很有帮助。

（一）开头

1.It’s my pleasure/a great honour for me to invite you to participate in/attend/join us in...

我非常高兴/荣幸地邀请您参加……/和我们一起……

2.Knowing/Learning that you’re interested in...I’m delighted to invite you to...

知道您对……很感兴趣，我非常高兴地邀请您……

3.We are having/planning...on...and it would be great if you could join us.

我们将于……(日期)……(活动)，如果您能加入我们就太好了。

（二）正文

活动地点：…will be held in/on/at…

活动时间：…will start at/be scheduled to start at /on…/this /next Sunday.

活动内容：There will be various activities/performances (such as)… First,…Second,…

Some famous artists will offer some courses on…

Our headmaster will deliver a speech on…

参加人员：All the teachers and students will attend.

活动作用或目的：aim to/in order to/not only…but also...

（三）结尾

1.I do hope you will accept our/my invitation if it is convenient for you.

我真心希望您方便的话能接受我们/我的邀请。

2.We/I would appreciate it if you could confirm your participation at your earliest convenience.

如果您能尽早在您方便时确认参加,我们/我将不胜感激。

3.We/I would feel much honored if you could come.

如果您能来，我们/我将倍感荣幸。

4.We’d be delighted if you could come and share the unforgettable moment with us.

如果您能来和我们共度这难忘的时刻，我们将十分高兴。

四、范文赏析
