Abstract: With the rapid development of the world today, the increase of global population, the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand for resources have put a certain pressure on the ecological environment. How to balance the ecological and environmental protection while pursuing economic development has become an urgent problem to be solved. The optimization of innovation environment is an important guarantee for green and low-carbon development. Based on the panel data of provinces in China from 2010 to 2020, the fixed effect model and intermediary effect model were constructed to study the influence of innovation environment on carbon emission intensity and its internal mechanism. The threshold regression model was used to study the nonlinear influence of innovation environment on carbon emission intensity. The results show that the innovation environment significantly reduces the carbon emission intensity, and there is regional heterogeneity. Innovation environment indirectly affects carbon emission intensity through the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents. The inhibition effect of innovation environment on carbon emission intensity will be affected by the single threshold effect of the concentration of scientific and technological talents. The higher the concentration level of scientific and technological talents, the stronger the inhibition effect of innovation environment on carbon emission intensity.

Abstract: Strengthening the construction of urban ecological resilience is an important measure to improveurban ecological security, improveurban ecological environment, increase ecological benefits, and realize urban sustainable development. In order to overcome the limitations of static analysis, combined with the triple helix theory, the pressure-state-response (PSR) model was used to construct an urban ecological resilience growth force evaluation index system containing 16 evaluation indexes. In addition, the main components analysis method and entropy method were used to determine the comprehensive weight of indicators, and the ecological resilience growth force of 31 majorcities in China from 2017 to 2020was evaluated. The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree were introduced to analyze the results. The results showed that except Urumqi, the growth capacity of ecological resilience of other provincial capitals showed a trend of increasing first, then decreasing and then stable, and the overall level of urban ecological resilience increased spirally. Moreover, the coupling coordination degree of urban ecological resilience growth force showed three situations: first rising and then falling, first falling and then rising, and constantly rising, and most cities' coupling coordination degree of ecological resilience growth force showed the trend of first rising and then falling.According to the evaluation results, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the construction of urban ecological resilience.

Abstract: In order to measure the resettlement effect of water conservancy project comprehensively and objectively, it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors and internal relations of resettlement satisfaction. Based on the household survey data of 348 water conservancy project resettlers in Jiangsu Province, the partial least squares structural equation model was used to test the path of the theoretical model, and the regional differences and influencing factors of satisfaction with resettlement in Jiangsu Province were analyzed and summarized. The results show that living resettlement, production resettlement, and rights protection have a direct impact on the overall resettlement satisfaction of resettlers.Resettlement satisfaction shows a certain degree of regional heterogeneity, and the regional difference in production resettlement satisfaction is the most obvious. Resettlement satisfaction has a significant impact on resettlers’ life expectancy and an indirect impact on resettlement intention. The government needs to pay attention to the production and living resettlement environment, improve the level of grassroots governance, and appease the negative emotions of resettlers, in order to promote the high-quality development of the water conservancy industry.

Abstract: Based on the survey of the resettlers from the Three Gorges region in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, this paper analyzes the social integration of resettlers under the two modes of centralized resettlement and decentralized resettlement by using the interview method. The study found that there were significant differences in economic integration, cultural integration, social relationship integration and identity between the two resettlement modes. The decentralized resettlement resettlers lack the support of the original social network at the initial stage of relocation, and their sense of relative deprivation and special citizen mentality are stronger, the failure of interaction with local people has a long-term impact on the psychology of resettlers; Compared with the decentralized resettlement, the immigrant subculture formed in the centralized resettlement areas hinders cultural integration. These factors lead to the difference of social integration effect between the two resettlement modes. In the follow-up support period, we should carry out more community activities, conduct more visiting and comforting, and strengthen the implementation of support to promote the social integration of resettlers.
