2004年，中德住房储蓄银行在天津正式开业。作为国内唯一获准专业经营住房储蓄业务的商业银行，中德住房储蓄银行为人们实现安居梦提供了一个新的渠道和选择。2017年12月，中德住房儲蓄银行济南分行落户槐荫区；2018年5月23日，被济南市政府纳入济南市多层次住房政策体系。

5年多来，围绕市民住房消费需求，中德住房储蓄银行始终秉持着“为社会试制度，为民生谋福祉”的职责使命，立足住房储蓄产品的普惠金融属性，加大住房储蓄制度在济南的普及和推广，以金融的力量助力更多家庭在济南实现安居乐业。本期封面故事，带领大家一起走近中德住房储蓄银行。

Sino-German Bausparkasse， the only commercial bank eligible to provide mortgage savings in China， was opened in Tianjin in 2004. So now， people who want to buy houses have another financing choice. The Jinan branch of Sino-German Bausparkasse was set up in Huaiyin District in December 2017. It was included in Jinan’s multi-level housing policy system by the local government on May 23， 2018.

Centered on housing consumption demand， the Jinan branch of Sino-German Bausparkasse has always done its duty of “testing the system for society and for the people’s wellbeing”.
