The dance dramaWing Chunis based on stories about the national kinship and self-reliance of the Chinese people.It portrays the image of Chinese heroes represented by Guangdong martial arts masters,promoting national self-confidence through the spirit of martial arts,and the virtue of supporting the weak and those who exhibit benevolence.

Performed and produced by the Shenzhen Opera &Dance Theater,the dance drama follows a film of the 1990s about Chinesekung fumasters and combines five types of Chinesekung fu,includingwing chun,tai chi,andbaguazhang(eight fixed palms).
