The Best Day of 2022

The year of 2022 is coming to the end. I think the best day of the year was the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a festival for reunion（重聚）. My family usually get together to have a big dinner. This year， we also had a big dinner.

Early in the morning， dad took me and my younger brother to the supermarket. We bought some drinks for dinner. My brother was very excited. He looked forward to playing with our cousin. I was also excited. I could share secrets with my dearest Grandma Zheng.

In the evening， we went to the restaurant early. We talked and laughed. There were lots of delicious dishes. After dinner， my grandpa gave each child a lantern. We lighted the lanterns and played for fun. We all had a good time.
