I have a healthy diet. I have some milk, bread and boiled eggs for breakfast. For lunch, I have some rice, beef and vegetables. After lunch, I often have plenty of fresh fruit. For dinner, I like eating steamed fish, but I dont eat too much. I dont eat junk food such as chips, hamburgers, cola and so on. I think they have a lot of fat and sugar, and they are bad for our health. To keep fit, we should have a healthy diet.
