当下的章丘，正聚力打造高端装备制造、新材料、新医药、新信息四大产业集群，使之成为城市发展的新引擎。今后5年，章丘将坚持高端装备制造和新材料产业双轮驱动，做大做强新医药、新信息产业，形成“百亿航母”“十亿板块”“亿元群体”梯队，到2026年，四大产业产值突破2000亿元。

当黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略、省会城市群一体化、“强省会”战略所带来的重要机遇为章丘高质量发展持续赋能，被寄予厚望的四大产业集群正聚力成势，呈现出一派欣欣向荣的繁华景象——

让高端制造和新材料产业双轮驱动，章丘依托齐鲁科创大走廊、智能智造走廊，推进汽车、机械等重点行业核心技术自主化、产业链条现代化、产业转型数字化，在千亿级基础上加速跃升，构筑龙头昂起、群雄并起的生动局面。

其中，高端制造产业方面，章丘聚焦“智造济南”，加快江河绿色智能制造中心、伊莱特核电深海工程高端装备、红鹰飞机制造等重点项目建设，发展壮大济南（明水）汽车制造产业园，提升产业本地配套率，巩固拓展高端装备制造业千亿产业集群优势。

新材料产业则依托圣泉、明泉、北京中材等龙头企业，抓好圣泉酚醛高端复合材料及树脂配套扩产、明泉聚苯硫醚高分子材料、高性能聚酰亚胺材料、华氟高性能含氟新能源材料等重点项目建设，推动新材料产业向千亿级迈进。

拓展新医药产业，章丘瞄准生物制剂、高性能医疗器械等领域，依托华润双鹤利民、科兴生物、博科生物等龙头企业，推进科兴制药生物谷扩建等重点项目建设，加快新医药产业跨越发展。

向大数据、人工智能等领域进军，形成新的爆发点，这是章丘对新信息产业的期望。朝着这个目标，章丘依托山大地纬、蓝海领航等龙头企业，充实壮大龙山数字产业园、百度数据标注基地、齐鲁物联网等园区平台，提升新信息产业发展质效。

聚焦四大产业集群提质增效，章丘还不断扩大发展空间，加快融入区域一体化进程——构建完善跨区域联动机制，强化与高新区、起步区、自贸区的對接合作，提升同城化水平；聚焦济淄、济滨一体化，打造济东跨区联动的重要隆起带；主动融入RCEP、中欧投资协定等，大力发展开放型经济……

With leading enterprises such as China Resources Double Crane， Sinovac Biotech， Boke Biological， etc.， Zhangqiu promotes the extension of Kexing pharmaceutical bio valley and other key projects， in order to accelerate leap-frog development of the new pharmaceutical industry.
