A Day at the Museum

This is Alice.

And she is in her summer holiday.

“Lets go out and play tomorrow，”says Alice.

Where shall we go？”asks Mum.

“What about the museum？”suggests Dad.

“Great！ Thats a good idea，”says Alice.

The next day， the family take Bus No. 58.

They come to the City Museum.

There are many people at the museum.

First they come to the dinosaur hall（恐龍馆）.

The dinosaur hall is big.

“The dinosaur hall is great！”says Alice.

They see some dinosaur bones（骨头）.

“What enormous（庞大的）bones！”says Dad.

“The dinosaur is big，”says Alice.

They even see dinosaur eggs！ “Mum， look at the dinosaur eggs，”says Alice.

“Oh， they are fossilized（化石的）eggs.”

They even dig some bones.

“They are not real（真的）bones，”says Mum.

“Yes， but it is fun，”says Alice.

Then， they come to the transport hall（交通馆）.

“I love the vintage car（古董车），”says Dad.

“I love the double-decker（双层）bus！”says Mum.

There is a wonderful old plane.

And look！ There is a rocket， too.

“Now its time for food，”says Mum.

So they go to the museum cafe（小餐馆）.

They have yummy food there.

Then， they come to the space hall（太空馆）.

They see meteors（陨石）from space！

Some meteors are big.

Some meteors are small.

“The meteors look like rocks（岩石），”says Alice.

“Yes， but they are magic（有魔力的）rocks，”says Mum.

“Space is magic， too，”says Dad.

“I want to be an astronaut（宇航员），”says Alice.

“I can fly to the magic space.”

And， they come to the natural hall（自然馆）.

Mum looks at the colourful birds.

Alice inspects（观察）the insects.

“How beautiful！”says Alice.

They see the setting sun（落日）.

Its time to go home.

“Theres much to see and do at the museum，”says Dad.

“Well come back again，”says Mum.

“Great！ We always have fun at the museum，”says Alice.
