Skin health management concept of integrated medicine study

Abstract Integrated medicine is not only a new methodology,but also a new view of medicine.In the face of the growing needs of the people for skin health management,modern dermatology should establish the concept of integrated medicine.The existing skin health management in China is still based on the medical concept of "professional refinement and specialist differentiation",and still fails to solve many negative effects caused by the fragmentation of medical knowledge and the mechanization of clinical medical practice.Therefore,based on the concept of integrated medicine,this paper puts forward a new concept of skin health management integrated medicine.However,in order to establish this brand-new integrated medical view of skin health management,we should focus on the medicine for the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases,the physical and mental health management of skin patients,the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases,the combination of prevention and treatment of skin diseases,the cooperation of medical and nursing care for the health management of skin diseases,and the development of skin health care industry,speed up the skin disease health management integration of medical practice and other aspects.

Introduction

In the face of the growing skin health needs of the people,dermatology should establish the concept of integrated medicine.Integrated medicine is not only a new methodology,but also a new medical view,which is more like a kind of integrated science and system theory of medical exploration,medical innovation and cross-integration [1].It is the future development direction of modern dermatology,a new model of modern dermatology,and an important guarantee for our country to actively promote the reform of dermatology and improve the service quality of skin health management [2].

1 The definition and main contents of integrated medicine

With the rapid development of integrated medicine,it has made great achievements in theoretical research and practical application.Professor Fan analyzed that the core value of integrated medicine is the holistic view from three aspects: space health,human health and time health [3].He also elaborated on the ten major changes in the development of human medicine and the ten contradictions arising therefrom,and expounded the contents and methods of the integration of medicine from ten aspects,so as to achieve the great goal of the integration of medicine [4].

Professor Fan believes that modern medicine has embarked on the development path of continuous professional subdivision and specialist refinement,which has promoted the explosive growth of human medical knowledge [5].At the same time,human medical knowledge is also showing a trend of fragmented development,human clinical medical work is constantly moving towards mechanization,and human medical practice is gradually moving away from the core values of patient-oriented.Therefore,modern medicine needs transformation,development and innovation revolution.Starting from the holistic view of human beings,integrated medicine fully integrates and organically integrates the most advanced theoretical knowledge and the most effective clinical medical experience in the field of human medicine.And carry on organic integration and continuous innovation according to the reality of medicine,biology,psychology,environment,humanities,society,law and so on.Finally,a new medical system will be formed,which is more conducive to human physical and mental health and disease diagnosis and treatment.

In order to better meet the growing needs of the people for health services,medicine should establish the concept of integrated medicine.Integrated medicine is not only a new methodology and a new view of cognition,but also an innovative medical concept,continuous progress and fully integrated system theory and practice [6].Integrated medicine is the development direction and ultimate goal of modern medical progress,the only way to realize the transformation from human to biomedical model,and an important guarantee to promote China's medical supply-side reform and improve the level of medical service in an all-round way.

2 Problems in the construction of skin disease health management in China

Dermatology is the continuous integration.In the early stage of the development of dermatology,the level of social development was low,and human beings only had a simple and low-level superficial understanding of themselves and their surroundings.However,human beings still make continuous efforts to seek knowledge,sum up experiences and lessons,and carry forward dermatology through continuous inheritance and development.In the early development of Traditional Chinese medicine dermatology in China,the principle of overall balance and systematic coordination is emphasized.At the same time,Western medicine dermatology is also an integrated development.The development of dermatology is faster than that of Traditional Chinese medicine.Galileo believes that the world is a whole of order obeying simple laws.Leeuwenhoek introduced dermatology from macro to micro.In this way,Western dermatology develops rapidly to the micro world,which divides dermatology into basic skin medicine,skin clinical medicine and skin preventive medicine.Basic dermatology is further divided into system,organ,tissue,cell,molecule and so on,while clinical dermatology is further divided into subordinate disciplines.The continuous subdivision of dermatology helps us to better understand the skin and explore the essential characteristics of skin diseases.It plays a vital role in improving the level of skin health management and improving the ability of clinical dermatologists to diagnose and treat skin diseases.However,there are also great problems in the development of dermatology,which leads to a serious bottleneck in the development of dermatology.

The existing skin disease health management in China is still based on the medical concept of "professional refinement and specialist differentiation",and still fails to solve many negative effects caused by the fragmentation of medical knowledge and the mechanization of clinical medical practice.It is very necessary to integrate the medical development view of "integrated medicine" into the skin disease health management,and it is very necessary to establish the skin disease health management integrated medicine view.

The experience of dermatosis health management in western developed countries and international organizations is worth learning and using.However,due to the differences in system,mechanism and legal system,the skin disease health management in western developed countries is not suitable for the actual situation of our country.Therefore,it is our historical responsibility to establish and improve an advanced skin disease health management model with Chinese characteristics and suitable for the specific situation of our country.At present,the concept of skin disease health management in China is relatively backward,the health management system is not perfect,the health management team is not very sound,the foundation of health management is not very solid,the health management information is not very sensitive,and the health management and disposal is not very reasonable.

With the rapid development of modern dermatology,the health level of human skin has been improved rapidly.In order to further develop dermatology,one end should be avoided and local efforts should be avoided.We must proceed from the overall integration,manage people's skin problems in all aspects,and strive to practice the medical concept of skin integration as a whole.Skin integrated medicine is to fully integrate the most medical knowledge and theory in all fields of dermatology with the most professional practical experience of clinical dermatology,and adjust it in time according to the changes of current society,surrounding environment and human psychology.Finally,it will become a new dermatology system which is more conducive to human skin health and the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.

3 Set up the integrated medical view of dermatosis health management

I suggest that the health management mode should be established and improved in the whole country.Guided by the integrated medical concept,more advanced medical integration,medical cooperation,physical and mental harmony,integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,integration of medical and nursing,integration of urban and rural areas,combination of prevention and treatment,and prevention oriented dermatology should be implemented.This should be a dermatology health management model that integrates medicine and closely connected with the people,and puts forward a modern and advanced integrated medical model of dermatology health management.Thus it ensures the high efficiency of dermatosis health management,the timeliness of treatment and the effectiveness of dermatosis control.In this way,the health and property loss of skin patients can be reduced.In order to establish and improve this model,we need to focus on the following aspects:

3.1 Full integration of medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases

Drugs are an important means for the treatment of skin diseases,and external use of drugs for the treatment of skin diseases is a feature and advantage of dermatology.Medicine is always a family,regardless of you and me,now there are more and more kinds of dermatological drugs on the market,just antibiotics,some hospitals have dozens of kinds.The chemical name and trade name of the same drug may be different,some of them have different doses,their efficacy is also different,and their adverse reactions and side effects are also different.Complex drugs make it difficult for clinicians to deal with them easily,resulting in many low-level medication errors,even medical disputes and medical accidents due to the use of the wrong drugs.Now some doctors face a lot of patients,doctors and pharmacists have a lot of drugs to choose from.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the total amount and types of dermatological drugs in China have increased about 4 times,while pharmacists and drug fees as well as the incidence of adverse drug reactions have also increased by about 4 times.China has become the second largest drug market in the world,after the United States,and will overtake the United States in the near future.Due to a lot of drug abuse in our country,many drugs produce drug resistance,and some drugs even produce multidrug resistance.Therefore,medicine should be fully integrated,doctors and medicines should teach each other,dermatologists and pharmacists should learn from each other.Senior pharmacists and professional pharmacists must participate in clinical rounds or medical record discussion.Outpatient doctors should also humbly refer to the opinions of pharmacists and prescribe drugs to patients in strict accordance with drug norms and standards.With the full integration of medicine,we can really achieve rational drug use and rational drug use.

Dermatologists should develop new drugs.Dermatologists always use old drugs,which is very passive and does not have much initiative.The development of drugs in dermatology is simpler and easier than studying many internal medicine.It is not only easy to observe the safety of drugs used in dermatology,but also convenient to observe its curative effect.We used to have drugs prepared by ourselves and constantly improved.The curative effect of some drugs is very good,even exceeding that of drugs sold in the market,and obvious social and economic benefits have been achieved.

3.2 Really achieve close cooperation between medical treatment and nursing

Medical treatment and nursing work are very important in the health management of skin diseases.In the process of clinical treatment of skin diseases,medical work and nursing work should be included as a whole.Medical record discussion should be attended by medical and nursing professionals.Medical staff should cooperate closely to enable skin patients to get the best treatment and care,so that the level of medical treatment can be greatly improved.It is integrated in medical teaching,combined with each other in medical technology,coordinated and supplemented professionally,and communicated in the service for skin patients.In this way,we can prevent the serious separation between doctors and nurses,provide good services for skin patients,and avoid medical disputes and medical accidents.Nursing plays an important role in the health management of skin disease treatment and rehabilitation.Dermatologists should use the concept of nursing to complete the medical work,and nurses should use the concept of medical care to complete the nursing work.At the same time,pay attention to psychological care.Ancient medical care is inseparable.Hippocrates,the father of medicine in ancient Greece,and Li Shizhen,the author of Compendium of Materia Medica,both attached great importance to nursing and personally cared for patients,which laid a solid foundation for modern nursing.

3.3 Physical and mental health of skin patients

Some skin diseases show symptoms,even serious symptoms,but in fact,the body can not detect pathological changes,but caused by mental illness.These symptoms can be eliminated and even these skin diseases can be cured through psychotherapy,and there are such patients in daily dermatology clinics.In addition,the psychological disorders caused by some skin organic diseases may be more harmful to patients than skin diseases themselves.The physical and psychological problems of many skin diseases are interrelated and influence each other.Dermatologists must have the knowledge of these two aspects at the same time in order to cure some difficult skin diseases.

Now many dermatologists are used to looking at organic diseases,like to look for organic skin lesions,from the tissue to find cells,from cells to find molecules,endless,must find the focus.In fact,some skin diseases are not caused by organic diseases,and many skin diseases do not have lesions,that is,psychological or functional diseases.These skin patients are uncomfortable and difficult to cure,such as chronic simple skin mosses,commonly known as neurodermatitis.There are hundreds of psychiatrists in the affiliated Hospital of Harvard Medical School in the United States.Some skin diseases can be treated with psychological methods.These skin diseases may be caused by psychological factors.There are always some skin patients with psychological problems,we can achieve curative effect through psychological intervention.Only by taking comprehensive treatment of body and mind can we achieve better curative effect.With the continuous development of human beings,the IQ and EQ of skin patients are getting higher and higher,so psychotherapy is becoming more and more important.

The future development of dermatology must be a combination of body and mind,which is the direction of the future development of dermatology,which is a very important concept of integrated medicine.Psychological experiments have proved that the smarter people are,the more likely they are to have psychological problems,and psychological cues play an important role.Academician Fan Daiming said: if a doctor only knows how to perform surgery and does not understand psychological treatment,he is a veterinarian,if a doctor cannot do surgery,he will only use his mind to deceive patients,he is a witch doctor.

3.4 Integrate traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and absorb the essence of other medicine to form integrated dermatology.

Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,as the most important medical schools in the west and east in the world,have a history of thousands of years.They have something in common and more differences,and they have made great contributions to the development of mankind,and they are the precious wealth of all mankind.However,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have their own characteristics and advantages in theory and practice.They can all serve skin patients.in the process of skin disease health management,if we can form an integrated Chinese and Western medical system,learn from each other and complement each other,we will certainly get twice the result with half the effort and better serve the health of skin patients [7].

3.5 The combination of prevention and control,putting prevention first

Prevention and treatment of skin diseases,giving priority to prevention,is our consistent policy,but at all times and at home and abroad,skin preventive medicine in many countries has not attracted as much attention as basic medicine and clinical medicine.In fact,skin preventive medicine should be integrated medicine as a whole,and skin preventive medicine itself requires the integration of medicine.It is necessary to integrate not only the disciplines of preventive medicine such as epidemiology and statistical medicine,but also basic skin medicine,clinical medicine and social medicine.Many skin diseases are the result of the interaction between environmental factors and body factors.How to prevent skin diseases depends on skin preventive medicine.

Preventive medicine plays a role of "one before and one after" in skin integrated medicine.Early preventive research must be given priority,and late intervention must be followed up continuously.Preventive medicine runs through skin integrated medicine all the time.In the health management of skin diseases,effective prevention and treatment programs and health strategies can only be put forward after the comprehensive integration of preventive medicine,basic medicine and clinical medicine.Dermatology must move the barrier forward,and attention must be paid to skin preventive medicine.

3.6 The concept of dermatology treatment and care combined with health management

Integrated dermatology is a new medical system of skin health management,and it is the inevitable direction and the only way for the development of dermatology in the future.We need to reform the current fragmented dermatology education.Integrated dermatology integrates the quintessence and characteristics of general practice,complementary medicine,evidence-based medicine,transformational medicine and so on.Holistic integrated dermatology is not opposed to specific disease research,nor is it opposed to microscopic research.Instead,it needs to go deeper into the micro-world of the skin,and the skin surgery needs to be done better and better.But we must return to the whole of people,let our skin get benefits,and try our best to cure skin diseases,which is the fundamental requirement of skin integrated medicine [8].

Conclusion

To sum up,dermatology has a history of thousands of years from integration to division.As long as there is disagreement,it is easy for the blind to touch the elephant,and there will be only trees and leaves but no forest.Dermatology needs to be integrated as a whole,and the result is to establish and improve the integration of medicine,cooperation between doctors and nurses,harmony of body and mind,integration of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,integration of medicine and care,integration of urban and rural areas,combination of prevention and treatment and prevention-based skin health management model.Use the advanced concept and practical experience of holistic integrated medicine to treat and healthily manage our skin,make our skin healthier,make us both physically and mentally healthy.This is the requirement for skin integrated medicine,and it is also a requirement for us medical workers engaged in holistic integrated dermatology.
