大专毕业护生未来时间洞察力与职业适应能力的相关性分析

摘 要：目的探討大专毕业护生未来时间洞察力与职业适应能力的现状及相关性。方法：采用调查的研究方法，对2018年6月2020年6月的大专毕业护生进行问卷调查，调查包括一般资料、采用未来时间洞察力量表评定个体对未来时间的认知情感体验和行动倾向，采用职业适应能力量表测量个体的职业适应能力。结果：共调查了480名大专毕业护生，未来时间洞察力为（2.81±0.64）分，职业适应能力得分为（5.19±1.02）分，相关研究得出，大专毕业护生未来时间洞察力与职业适应能力存在显著正相关（P<0.01）。结论：大专毕业护生未来时间洞察力处于中等水平，职业适应能力处于中低水平。因此，在护理教学实践中应着重培养大专毕业护生未来时间洞察力、职业适应能力，以提高大专毕业护生未来洞察力，改善其职业适应能力。

Abstract：Objective To explore the current situation and correlation of the future time insight and professional adaptability of college nursing students.Methods Using survey research methods，a questionnaire survey was conducted among college graduate nursing students from June 2018 to June 2020.The survey included general information and the use of future time insight power scales to assess the individuals cognitive and emotional experience and behavioral tendency towards future time.，The occupational adaptability scale is used to measure the individual's occupational adaptability.Results A total of 480 college graduate nursing students were surveyed.Their future time insights were（2.81±0.64）points，and their career adaptability scores were（5.19±1.02）points.Relevant research shows that college graduates future time insights and occupations There is a significant positive correlation in adaptability（P<0.01）.Conclusion The future time insight of college nursing students is at a medium level，and their occupational adaptability is at a mediumtolow level.Therefore，in the practice of nursing teaching，we should focus on cultivating college graduates' future time insight and professional adaptability，so as to enhance their future insights and improve their professional adaptability.
