据了解,目前济南永信新材料科技有限公司拥有两条国际先进的智能化水刺非织造生产线,其中常规自动化水刺生产设备42台(套),为实现生产流程的自动化及产品质量的在线调整优化,并配备自动包装系统、自动仓储系统、高端在线质量检测设备。

在被问到作为非织智能化生产示范线企业,在公司实现智能化生产以后,出现了哪些变化时,王晶说,首先,自本项目的智能化生产线投产以来,最明显的变化就是产量的提升,其次是智能化的质量在线管控进一步优化了產品质量,随着更先进、自动化水平更高的设备投入使用,进一步降低了劳动成本,提高了能源利用率。

據介绍,该项目实现了国产首台套数字化水刺非织造布成套装备示范应用,打破了国外高端技术装备垄断。自系统运行以来,实现了资源、能源、品质、设备及仓储等智能管控,产品优良率提升至99%以上,产能可以提高到20%以上,运转率提高至93%以上,生产定员降低25%以上,大幅降低了用户企业综合运营成本。

王晶表示,这些设备的所有设计功能都在企业得到了充分使用,有很多设备功能也都是根据企业需求改进及改造的,在设备的研发方面,公司也投入了大量的人员和精力。目前,整套智能化生产线改造是成熟稳定的,王晶希望这些定制化的设备更加成熟,能够实现标准化,进一步得到推广应用。

Wang Jing, general manager of the company, stated that Jinan Yongxin adopted to production equipment, product quality online monitoring system, storage system, automatic packaging system and selfdeveloped intelligent manufacturing system at both domestic and foreign, constructed 2 high-speed widewidth spunlaced nonwovens full process production line. The companys operation and maintenance system not only adopts digital design but also applies Internet of Things, big data and internet + technology to build the first spunlaced nonwoven intelligent factory in China, which has put into production, filling the domestic gap and effectively leading and promoting industrial upgrading. During the construction period, the company has also obtained ISO90001 series certification and evaluation of integration management system, passed the tests of expert group from China National Textile and Apperal Association (CNTAC), reached the international advanced level, and built a world-class intelligent green manufacturing factory for new biomass materials.

At present, Jinan Yongxin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has two international advanced intelligent spunlaced nonwovens production lines, including 42 sets of conventional automatic spunlaced production equipment, which are equipped with automatic packaging system, automatic storage system and high-end online quality inspection equipment to realize the automation of production process and online adjustment and optimization of product quality.

As a model enterprise in intelligent nonwovens production, when reporter asked what changes have occurred after the company realized intelligent production, Wang Jing said, first of all, since the intelligent production line of this project was put into production, the most obvious change is the increase of output; secondly, the intelligent online quality control further optimized the product quality; with the use of more advanced and automated equipment, the labor cost was further reduced and the energy utilization rate was improved.

This project has realized the first set of digital spunlaced nonwovens equipment in China, breaking the monopoly of foreign high-end technology equipment. Since the operation of the system, intelligent management and control of resources, energy, quality, equipment and warehousing have been improved. The qualified rate of products has been increased to over 99%, the production capacity can be increased to over 20%, the operation rate has been increased to over 93%, and the production capacity has been reduced by over 25%, thus greatly reducing the comprehensive operation cost of user enterprises.

Wang Jing said that all the design functions of these equipments have been fully used in enterprises, and many of them have been improved and transformed according to the needs of enterprises. In terms of equipment research and development, the company has also invested a lot of personnel and energy. At present, the transformation of the whole intelligent production line is mature and stable.He hopes that these customized equipments will be more mature and standardized which can be further popularized and introduced across the country.

GT512T型电子提花机适用于喷气、剑杆、片梭等各类无梭织机,用于织造大提花织物,目前针数从8448~20480针,采用共轭凸轮同心轴驱动,存储容量可达32GB。本次展会将同时和必佳乐、意达公司织机进行联合展出。

S1354积极式凸轮开口装置是一款高速踏盘,采用积极式共轭凸轮,适用各类高速喷水织机、4~10片装,油浴自润滑,全封闭,操作方便,适应织造平纹、斜纹、缎纹等。

CA182采用智能化电子网络系统,直接在IBoard屏幕上进行多臂花色编辑、FDP自由选色花色编辑。调车工艺指导,后梁张力实时数据曲线、探纬实时数据曲线均可显示。在此基础上,送经、卷取、预卷、解舒等操作,拟全部由现在的物理按/旋钮移植到屏幕界面操作。无线网络技术可实时记录织机运行情况,进行产量统计。

In this exhibition, CA182 from Changling Textile Electronic takes high speed, high quality and intelligentization as its design guiding ideology, with abundant configuration and various additional configuration options. According to the development trend of air jet looms at home and abroad and the current situation in China, the model developed by Changling has its characteristics and reached the performance of ZAX model.

New host machine design

Metal mold and lost foam process are used to improve casting quality and optimize structure design. The speed of CA182 air jet loom can reach 850 rpm, which is 20% higher than that of CA082 loom. Air consumption decreased by 10% and ground vibration decreased by 35% compared with CA082 loom.

PZK600 electronic control system

The system reoptimizes the internal layout of the box and the unit boards to reduce the cost of the electric control box.

Optional intelligent device

There are intelligent device includes APR automatic weft mending device, pneumatic edge folding device, electronic weft cutting device, WBS weft brake device, FDP-V weft holder.

Intelligent electronic network system

CA182 adopts the intelligent electronic network system, which can directly edit the dobby design and color on the I-Board screen and FDP. Shunting process guidance, tension real-time data, weft detection real-time data can be displayed. On this basis, let-off, rewinding, pre-rewinding, release and other operations are all planned to use the current physical press/button on the screen. Wireless network technology can record the operation of the loom in real time and output statistics.

热风法非织造布成套设备主要由喂棉、开松、梳理成网、热风加固、后整理、卷绕分切等模块组成,广泛应用于婴儿纸尿裤、妇女卫生巾和成人失禁用品等用即弃卫生用品等领域。生产线具有投资成本低、占地面积小、流程短、产量高、能耗低、绿色等特点,是纺织行业的新兴分支。

椭圆轨迹针刺机采用模块化设计,双曲轴连杆驱动的水平运动系统。针梁、针板等运动零部件采用优质铝合金材质,减轻重量,有利于高速运转。针板采用气囊夹紧形式,配合专用工具,更换针板方便快捷。PLC系统控制,变频调速,触摸屏显示,可在线调整针刺深度、板间距等参数,集中供油系统接入PLC控制系统,可实现在线定量给油润滑,节约人工成本并提高效率。椭圆轨迹作为预刺机可实现高速、高产、无针痕,可配合其他单元机实现全流程智能运维生产管理。

GZS17型预湿浆槽,采用预湿+单浸单压上浆工艺,适用于棉、麻等短纤织物上浆,具有“预湿”与“非预湿”两种功能,具有水面漂浮物自动清理功能,该机配备有上浆率自动控制装置,可实现上浆率在线实时检测与自动控制,保证上浆率稳定。小型化浆锅设计,能够保持浆液新鲜,提高上浆质量,并且节省浆料以及能源。

G1739型高速剑杆织机是一款高标准设计与制造的先进织机,拥有190cm、210cm、220cm、230cm、240cm、280cm、300cm、340cm、360cm、380cm等多种幅宽机型。设计转速750转/分,织造工艺转速400~600转/分,优化的打纬、引纬机构,使生产效率基本稳定在95%左右,并且震动小、噪声低;智能的电气控制系统保证织机的智能化生产;本机耗能低、机械装置精度高、维修量低,降低了织物的生产成本。是一款高标准设计与制造的先进织机,可以满足市场未来5~10年的需求。

Elliptical trajectory needle loom adopts modular design, horizontal movement system driven by double crank mechanism. Needle beam, needle board and other moving parts are made of highquality aluminum alloy material, which reduces weight and is conducive to high speed operation. The needle board adopts the form of gas bag clamping, with special tools, it is convenient to change the needle board. PLC system control, frequency conversion speed regulation, touch screen display, online adjustment of needle depth, board spacing and other parameters, centralized oil supply system connected to the PLC control system, can achieve online quantita- tive oil lubrication, save labor costs and improve efficiency. GZS17 prewetting size box adopts prewetting + single end sizing process. It is suitable for sizing cotton, linen and other staple fiber fabrics. It has two functions of prewetting and non-prewetting, and has automatic cleaning function of floating objects on the water surface. The machine is equipped with an automatic control device for the sizing rate, which can realize the online real-time detection and automatic control of the sizing rate to ensure the stable sizing rate.
