What I chose to learn was making coffee and bartending,which required much patience and carefulness.With the teacher's instructions,I learned that making a cup of cappuccino generally required three steps.The first step was making coffee base liquid,which was done with coffee powder and an espresso machine(浓缩咖啡机).Secondly,make steam milk froth.For the strength and angle of the stirring,it had high requirements.Finally,they were mixed together in turn,and then a little more details were added.A cup of cappuccino with delicious color and fragrance was completed!
In addition,mixing drink also brings much fun.Different cocktails have different making methods.For example,some only need to be mixed directly;some need to be added in order to layer them,and some even need to be fired.Under the guidance of the teacher,we made a total of three different cocktails which tasted delicious!
From this experience,I fully realize that I still have a long way to go before becoming a professional and we should cherish the fruits of people's hard labor.As a saying goes,“Read thousands of books and travel thousands of miles.”We are supposed to take more social practice and apply what we've learnt to practice.
