A Life in the Book

Hello， everyone！ Im Gao Shiqing. My English name is Eric. Imin Grade Five now. I have many hobbies， such as reading， judo（柔道）， playing the piano， the ocarina（陶笛）and so on. But I likereading best. And I sometimes imagine me living in the books.

This summer holiday， I read an interesting book， ThimbleSummer. Its my favourite book. It is written by an American writer，Elizabeth Enright. A little girl named Garnet lived on a farm. A hotsummer， she found a thimble（頂针）on the dried riverbed. Shethought it must be a talisman（护身符）and it could bring goodluck to herself. Then， so many interesting things happened to her.Garnet was so happy that summer.

I really like the life of countryside described in the book. Whatsyour ideal life？ Would you like to share with me？
