從扫码支付到电子商务，从智慧港口到工业互联网再到城市“智慧大脑”，数字经济的浪潮正在深刻改变着人们的生产生活方式。山东着力激发数据要素活力，用数据驱动全价值链网络协同，重塑经济新动能。

海量数据的开放、流动和共享，正在赋能政务、金融、社会治理等各行业各领域。根据《数字山东发展规划（2018-2022年）》，山东提出数字经济的具体目标：到2022年，数字经济与经济社会各领域融合的广度、深度显著增强，重要领域数字化转型率先完成，数字经济规模占地区生产总值比重年均提高2个百分点。

为了达到这一目标，山东围绕数字产业化、数字农业、智能制造、智慧服务、培育新业态5大任务，从加大要素供给、强化人才支撑、激发创新活力、培育市场主体、加强资金扶持等5方面出台相关政策，全力支持数字经济发展。

目前，山东数字产业先发优势已经形成，累计开通5.1万个5G基站，实现了全省16市城区网络全覆盖，实施智能制造带动提升工程，建成大批数字化车间、智能工厂和智慧园区。

2020年11月，山东获得工信部支持创建工业互联网示范区，根据试点政策，山东综合运用财政、股权、基金等方式，加快工业互联网平台建设；重点推动工业设备上云，2022年“上云用数赋能”企业将突破30万家。

以数字驱动为特征、数据资源为要素的数字经济蓬勃发展，在激发经济增长新动力的同时，也为人民群众创造出看得见、摸得着、感受得到的数字化生活。外卖平台、打车软件、在线办公平台、电商平台等极大方便了人们的生活。无需刻意感受，数字经济正在潜移默化地改变着人们日常生活的点点滴滴。

From QR code payment to e-commerce， from smart ports and industrial Internet to urban smart brains， digital economy is profoundly changing our way of production and lifestyle. The opening， flowing and sharing of massive data is empowering such industries and fields as government affairs， finance， and social governance. At present， Shandong has formed its first-mover advantage in the digital industry， accumulatively opened 51，000 5G base stations， achieved the full network coverage in urban areas of cities throughout the province， implemented improvement engineering driven by smart manufacturing， and built a large number of digital workshops， smart factories and smart parks.

In recent days， Shandong obtained support from MIIT in establishing an industrial internet demonstration zone. According to the pilot policy， Shandong is fully utilizing finance， equity， funds and other modes to accelerate industrial Internet platform construction； focusing on promoting the clouding of industrial equipment， and planning to realize more than 300，000 enterprises of “Digital Empowerment on Clouds”. Characterized by digital driving， centered on data resources as elements， the digital economy is booming， and creating a digital life that can be seen， touched and felt by the masses while stimulating new economic growth drivers.
