[摘 要] 该文研究之目的:比较癌症患者腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学与传统师徒针灸教学的效果,探讨腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学的巨大优越性。之方法:随机分配两组学生,腹部三维模型针灸教学联合传统穴位埋线教学组32人,传统穴位埋线教学组32人。之结果:腹部三维模型针灸教学联合传统穴位埋线教学组合格率68.75%,传统穴位埋线教学组合格率50.00%。之结论:腹部三维模型针灸教学联合传统穴位埋线教学对提高穴位埋线教学质量有巨大作用。

国際上对于癌症患者的自然疗法的认识越来越深入,中国中医穴位埋线治疗效果也十分明显。但中国传统的腹部穴位埋线技术要求高,初学者学习较为困难。目前,PC三维技术发达,用现代的腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学是一种新的教学模式。本研究比较癌症患者腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学与单纯传统穴位埋线教学的效果,探讨腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学的巨大优越性。
一、资料与方法
1.资料与方法。随机分配两组学生,腹部三维模型针灸教学联合传统穴位埋线教学组32人,传统穴位埋线教学组32人。
2.统计学处理。采用SPSS16.0软件对数据进行分析运算。计数资料用率表示。组与组之间比较采Mann-Whitney检验。以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。
二、结果
腹部三维模型针灸教学联合传统穴位埋线教学组(联合组)合格率68.75%,传统穴位埋线教学组(传统组)合格率50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),见表1。
三、讨论
现今国际上对于自然疗法的认识越来越深入,中华传统医药文化博大精深,作为我国历代中医名家对于各种疾病甚至包括癌症的一种治疗手段,中医穴位埋线治疗效果较明显。但传统穴位埋线教学治疗手段主要依赖于操作者个人经验。通过科技手段能将人体三维PC医学影像内容作为另一种施治的辅助,将有效避免针刺埋线意外事故和提高埋线疗效,是一种理想而直观的中医电子解剖学手段[1]。中医传统经典理论已经得到世界自然疗法学术界的广泛认可[2],但中国传统的腹部穴位埋线技术要求高,初学者学习困难,如果在西方医学的人体三维图谱逐渐发展、成熟的同时,配合中医传统理论,形成中国特色的穴位埋线三维医学影像图谱,进行推广和教育,将更有助于传统中医理论的普及和发展[3]。基于先进的PC仿真技术的腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学,就是以中医基础的经络穴位走行和医师的临床经验为指导,以先进的PC仿真技术为手段[4],于是用现代的腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学是一种新的教学模式。腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学在PC三维虚拟人体上的定位在人体三维医学图像上进行穴位定位。在穴位定位过程中,我们要通过适当的途径,结合实际应用中的中西医经验,我们对人体躯干部部分穴位进行了定位,并在PC三维显示,显示效果如图1所示。
通过表1比较腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学与传统穴位埋线教学的效果,腹部三维模型针灸教学联合传统穴位埋线教学组合格率68.75%,传统穴位埋线教学组合格率50.00%,体现了腹部三维模型穴位埋线教学联合传统穴位埋线教学的巨大优越性。
总之,腹部三维模型针灸教学联合传统穴位埋线教学对提高穴位埋线教学质量有巨大作用。

Abstract:In order to explore the great advantages of abdominal acupoint embedding teaching of three-dimensional model combined with traditional acupoint catgut embedding teaching,two groups of students were randomly and respectively assigned to the teaching group of the abdominal three-dimensional model acupuncture combined with the traditional acupoint catgut embedding teaching group (32 people),and the traditional acupoint catgut embedding teaching group (32 people).It was found that the pass rate of abdominal three-dimensional model acupuncture teaching combined with traditional acupoint catgut embedding teaching was 68.75%,and the pass rate of traditional acupoint catgut embedding teaching was 50.00%.Therefore,it is concluded that the teaching of three-dimensional model of abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional catgut embedding of acupoints has a great effect on improving the teaching quality of acupoint catgut embedding.
