【Abstract】Nowadays， our country has entered the era of network， and network has become an important part of peoples life. Only by doing a good job in Ideological and political education can enterprises establish a high-quality talent team and maintain their own advantages. 1 Analysis of the current situation of the employees' thoughts in the context of network

The first is under the network background， ideological and political workers in enterprises can fully carry out the study of the partys ideological and political theories， so as to improve their interest in learning.
