云浮市变应性鼻炎患者生活质量和心理状态分析

【摘要】 目的：分析云浮市变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量和心理状态。方法：选取2018年

8月-2019年8月本院收治的云浮市变应性鼻炎患者138例作为观察组，另选取同时期100例健康体检者作为对照组。利用健康调查简表（SF-36）、艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评估并比较两组人群生存质量、人格特征及焦虑、抑郁情况。结果：观察组各维度生存质量评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组情绪性（N）评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组SAS评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组SDS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：云浮市变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量低于健康人群，且普遍具有焦虑情绪，并伴有情绪不稳定，这提示在治疗变应性鼻炎的同时也应注意到患者心理问题，以达到综合治疗的目的。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the quality of life and psychological status of patients with allergic rhinitis in Yunfu City. Method： From August 2018 to August 2019， 138 patients with allergic rhinitis in Yunfu City were selected as the observation group， and 100 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. The quality of life， personality characteristics， anxiety and depression of the two groups were evaluated and compared by the MOS item short from health survey （SF-36）， Eysenck personality questionnaire （EPQ）， anxiety self-rating scale （SAS） and depression self-rating scale （SDS）. Result： The quality of life scores of all dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The emotional （N） score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The SAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in SDS score between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion： The quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis in Yunfu City is lower than that of healthy people， and they are generally anxious and accompanied by emotional instability， this suggests that in the treatment of allergic rhinitis， patients should also be aware of psychological problems in order to achieve the purpose of comprehensive treatment.

变应性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科常见疾病之一，机体接触变应原后导致鼻黏膜发生非感染性炎性反应是该病发病机制，临床表现以突然发作的鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕为主，常常影响患者正常生活和工作[1-2]。流行病学调查显示，近年来，变应性鼻炎发病率呈现逐年上升趋势，尽管抗组胺类药物和激素药物对变应性鼻炎有显著的治疗效果，但停药后病情容易反复[3-4]。高发病率和易反复等特点，不仅给患者身体健康带来了影响，甚至也会影响到患者心理健康[5]。随着对变应性鼻炎研究的深入和医学模式的转变，越来越多学者已对“变应性鼻炎是一种身心疾病”达成共识[6]。研究变应性鼻炎患者心理状态和生活质量，将有利于制定针对性的干预措施，达到身心兼治的效果。基于以上，本研究选取2018年8月-2019年8月云浮市变应性鼻炎患者138例和同时期100例健康体检者作为研究对象，并对其进行分析，现报道如下。

综上所述，云浮市变应性鼻炎患者的生存质量低于健康人群，且普遍具有焦虑情绪，并伴有情绪不稳定，这提示在治疗变应性鼻炎的同时也应注意到患者心理问题，以达到综合治疗的目的。
