摘要 对中华鳖池塘夏季主要水质因子进行昼夜连续监测,通过相关性分析发现气温与水温、气温与pH、气温与溶解氧(DO)、气温与氨氮(NH4+-N)、水温与pH、水温与DO、水温与NH4+-N、透明度与pH、pH与DO、pH与NH4+-N、DO与NH4+-N在0.01水平上显著相关,气温与透明度、NH4+-N与亚硝酸氮(NO2--N)在0.05水平上显著相关。通过回归分析发现,气温(A)与DO(D)函数关系为D=0.649A-12.729(R2=0.900,P<0.01),一元回归关系达到极显著水平;pH(H)与DO(D)函数关系为H=0.015D2-0.021D+6.59(R2=0.900,P<0.01),二元回歸关系达到极显著水平,该研究结果可为指导中华鳖池塘养殖提供参考。

Study on the Day and Night Changes of Water Quality in Culture Ponds of Trionyx sinensis

Abstract The main water quality factors of Trionyx sinensis ponds were continuously monitored day and night. Correlation analysis revealed the air temperature and water temperature,air temperature and pH, air temperature and DO, air temperature and NH4+-N, water temperature and pH, water temperature and DO, water temperature and NH4+-N were significantly correlated at 0.01 level.Air temperature and transparency, NH4+-N and NO2--N were significantly correlated at 0.05 level. The regression analysis showed that the relationship between temperature (A) and DO(D)was D=0.649A-12.729 (R2=0.900, P<0.01), there was extremely significant one-way regression relationship . The relationship between pH(H) and DO(D) was H=0.015D2-0.021D+6.59 (R2=0.900, P<0.01), the binary regression relationship was extremely significant. The research results could provide guidance for pond culture of T. sinensis.

近年来,中华鳖养殖得到了较快发展,为渔业增效、渔民增收和丰富城乡食品市场供应作出了积极贡献。中华鳖养殖经历了从利用天然资源粗放式养殖到人工集约化养殖的发展过程,目前已成为我国淡水渔业中发展速度最快、效益最好、集约化程度最高的产业[1]。但是,养殖中华鳖水质的好坏直接影响其摄食、生长与生存。池塘水生态环境具有复杂、多因素等特点,用单因素统计法往往难以有效分析池塘养殖研究中出现的水质问题。笔者采用回归分析方法[2]探讨水质因子间的相关性,旨在为进一步探讨养殖池塘生态系统的变化规律、指导养殖生产提供依据。
1 材料与方法
1.1 试验材料
选择抚州地区中华鳖养殖场的2个养殖池塘(编号为1号、2号),每口池塘面积均为1 666.7 m2,水深0.9 m,池塘为长方形进排水方便。所用饲料主要为鲜鱼。池塘间互不连通,养殖模式为半封闭(通常情况下不换水),3 d 加水5 cm深。
