I Love English

Hello everyone, my name is Zhang Yan. I’m 14 years old. I love English very much. So today I want to talk about English.

As everyone knows, English is very important today. English is the most common language on the Internet and for international trade. It has been used everywhere in the world.

For myself, I learn English not only because of its importance, but also because of my love for it. When I read English novels, I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation version. When I write in English, I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese.

I love English and it gives me colourful dreams. I hope I can travel around the world and make friends with people from different countries. I dream that I can go to London, because it is the birthplace of English. I also want to introduce our great culture to the English-speaking people. I hope that they will love our country as I do.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love the other side. So I believe as I love English, it loves me too. I am sure that I will realize my dream!
