“两只小蜜蜂，飞到花丛中，飞到西来飞到东……”你会唱这首儿歌吧？“不论平地与山尖，无限风光尽被占。采得百花成蜜后，不知辛苦为谁甜？”这是唐代诗人罗隐的《蜂》，让人对蜜蜂平添几分敬意。其实，世界上还有一个为蜜蜂专门设立的节日，你知道吗？下面我们来了解一下吧！

On December 20， 2017， the United Nations General Assembly declared： May 20 is World Bee Day. 115 UN Member States co-sponsored to raise public awareness and attention around the world to the importance of protecting and preserving bees and other pollinators1.

Bees are a primary pollinator of crops， fruits and vegetables. In addition to the honey and bees wax2， our diets rely greatly on the work that bees do. Sadly certain pesticides3 have been used in the past. They affected bees negatively.

We may not be beekeepers， but we can still help bees.

1. Dont harm bees. When bees are flying， they may be looking for plants and want to collect pollen4. Sometimes they are looking for water. They may be attracted by sweet taste， too. When we see bees， dont harm them. We keep away from them.

2. Plant our gardens with bee friendly plants.

3. Buy honey to encourage the work of beekeepers.

4. Learn more knowledge on bees.

Bees are dying at alarming rates in every country where they are raised. If we love honey， fruit and pretty flowers， then we must thank bees. Lets all celebrate World Bee Day. Protect and love bees！

2017年12月20日，联合国大会宣布：5月20日为世界蜜蜂日。115个联合国成员国联合发起，旨在提高全世界公众对保护和保存蜜蜂及其他授粉动物重要性的认识和关注。
