外企业如何共建“一带一路”

國务院新闻办公室2018年11月15日在北京举行中外记者见面会，邀请中外企业项目合作方，围绕企业共建“一带一路”，畅谈合作共赢发展的成果和前景。

中国远洋海运集团有限公司党组成员、副总经理俞曾港：海运是世界贸易的重要载体，世界上90%的国际贸易运输都是通过海运来完成的。我们拥有世界上最大的船队，在“一带一路”上投入了大量的运力，特别是在集装箱船舶运力方面，投入了大概175万标箱，横跨整个亚洲到欧洲的区域。

希腊比雷埃夫斯港务局副总裁安吉洛斯.卡拉科斯塔斯：中远海运在希腊的合作直接创造了3100个就业岗位，间接创造的就业岗位达到了1万。在过去的8年里，在“一带一路”倡议下的中希合作，贏得了百分之百希腊民众的支持。

中国交通建设股份有限公司副总裁孙子宇：中交在超过150个国家包括有港口的绝大部分的发达国家开展业务，在基础设施建设、工程承包上名列亚洲第一、世界第三。

肯尼亚标轨铁路项目副总监詹姆斯.米楚古.卡兰贾：蒙内铁路是肯尼亚在近100年所建设的第一条铁路，在中肯两国人民的共同努力下，这条铁路现在已经进入运营，已发送超过200万名旅客，运送超过200万吨的货物。

On November 15， 2018， the State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China held a press conference in Beijing. Many enterprisesfrom home and abroad attended the event as project partnersand had an in-depth discussion together on the achievements in and prospects for win-win cooperation and development under the theme of working together to pursue the Belt and Road Initiative.

Y'u Zenggang， member of the Party Leadership Group and vice general manager of China COSCO Shipping， said thatshipping is an important carrier for world trade- 90% of globaltrade transportation is by shipping. With the world's largest fleets， we have made substantial shipping investments in the Belt andRoad Initiative with a specific focus on container carriers. At present， about 1，750，000 TEUs have been invested， transporting goods throughout Asia and Europe.

Angelos Karakostas， deputy CEO of Greece's Piraeus PortAuthority， said that China COSCO Shipping has created 3， 100 direct and 10，000 indirect jobs for Greek people through cooperation. Over the past eight years， China- -Greece cooperation under the Belt andRoad Initiative has garnered full support from Greek people.

Sun Ziyu， vice president of China CommunicationsConstruction Company Limited （CCCC）， said that now CCCC has established a service network covering over 150 countries including most of the advanced economies with ports， and ranked first acrossAsia and third across the globe by infrastructure construction and project contracting.

James Michugu Karanja， vice director of Kenya's SGR project， said that the Mombasa-Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway is the first railway constructed by Kenya over the past century or so. Thanks to the concerted efforts by our two peoples， it has been put into operation with an accumulative throughput of over 2 million passengers and over 2 million tons of goods.
