Every summer sees a new batch of graduates step out of college and start their professional career. But joining the professional world is not without difficulties. Here are the top challenges to be prepared for.

Lack of working experience is the biggest challenge for those who wish to find a salaried job， as employers naturally prefer candidates with hands-on experience. This obstacle is relatively easy to overcome. For instance， they can acquire experience through working part-time or doing internships during their senior years. For those who wish to launch their own business， the hardest challenge is lack of management experience， for fresh graduates， however smart， are after all wet behind the ears. But no one is a born entrepreneur. Real management experience comes from managing a business itself.

Starting a career is never plain sailing for college graduates. There are bound to be many bumps along the way. But with foresight and perseverance they will eventually overcome the challenges and transition from college to real life. （166 words）
