怎样写好求职（申请）信

◎文体概述

求职信或申请信属于公务信函，格式和用法比较规范。信的内容大体上分为三部分：

1.开篇点题，交代消息来源并且说明写信的目的。

2.介绍自己，重点放在与所申请的工作相关的知识技能的介绍上，要详略得当。

3.表达感激之情和期盼对方早日回复。

写作时要注意以下几点：

1.写信的目的要直截了当地在信的开头提出。

2.自我介绍部分主要介绍自己的学历、工作经历、解决问题的能力等。在行文、用词上要表现出自信、恳切的态度，语言简明扼要，突出介绍自己的优点、与众不同的特长或有利条件。还要紧扣用人单位的需求，巧用词语，有力地说服对方。

3.最后写明联系方式，还可以主动提出接受面试或考核等。

4.求职信主要用第一人称，时态多为一般现在时。

具体来说，求职信一般可分为七个部分：①自我介绍；②表达看到相关广告后的感受；③应聘职位及应聘条件；④本人优势；⑤表达决心；⑥你的联系方式；⑦表达感激。参考模式如下：

Dear Sir/Madam，

Im （自我介绍）. Having read the advertisement， I （表达看到相关广告后的感受）. I am writing to apply for （应聘职位）.

According to the advertisement， your position requires （该职位的应聘条件）. I feel that I am qualified to meet the requirements （表达自信）. On one hand， I （本人优势一）. On the other hand， I （本人优势二）. My ability to （本人优势三） is out of question. If Im lucky enough to have the opportunity to work in your （对方单位）， I would （表达决心）.
