友好互访不断 重庆国际朋友圈越来越大

2018年，重庆市积极与全世界多国、多城市在经济、文化等领域开展友好交流，结交了新朋友，并和一些老朋友加深了友谊，促成了创新合作。重庆的国际朋友圈越来越大。

In 2018， Chongqing actively carried out friendly exchanges with many countries and cities across the world in the fields of economy and culture， made many new friends， and deepened friendship with some old friends and promoted innovative cooperation. The circle of international friends of Chongqing has expanded.

1月14日至16日，重慶市友城法国图卢兹市副市长瓦尔蒂基耶率团来渝访问。在渝期间，代表团分别与市交委、市旅发委、重庆机场集团和重庆市部分旅游机构代表进行座谈，探讨促进双方在航空旅游方面的合作事宜。

From January 14th to 16th， deputy mayor of Toulouse， France， was invited to visit Chongqing. During the visit， the delegation had discussions with representatives of the Municipal Transportation Commission， the Municipal Tourism Administration， Chongqing Airport Group and some tourism agencies in Chongqing to boost cooperation between the two sides in air travel.

5月8日至9日，重庆市友城斯洛文尼亚马里博尔市市长费斯特拉维奇率团来渝访问。访渝期间，代表团考察了国家开发银行重庆分行，就推动双方在基础设施建设项目上的投融资合作事项进行了商讨。

From May 8th to 9th， mayor of Maribor， Slovenia， a sister city of Chongqing， led a delegation to visit Chongqing. During the visit， the delegation visited the Chongqing Branch of the China Development Bank and consulted the investment and financing cooperation on infrastructure construction projects.

5月18至22日，重庆市友城韩国仁川市青少年代表团来渝访问。代表团在渝体验了叶脉书签制作、书法、刺绣、木洞山歌等传统文化，两市的青少年建立起了深厚的友谊。

From May 18th to 22nd， the Incheon （another sister city of Chongqing） Youth Delegation，  arrived in Chongqing. The delegation experienced traditional culture such as leaf bookmark ， calligraphy， embroidery， and Mudong folk songs. The youths of the two cities have established a profound friendship.

7月9日至18日，市长唐良智率重庆市政府代表团访问俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、瑞士3国6座城市，出席会议论坛、项目推介、会谈会见等公务活动22场次，活动务实高效，取得圆满成功;8月，市长唐良智率团赴越南胡志明市进行友好访问，进一步拓展双边各领域友好关系。双边共同签署关于胡志明市与重庆市建立友好城市关系谅解备忘录。

From July 9th to 18th， Mayor Tang Liangzhi led the delegation of the Chongqing Municipal Government to visit six cities in Russia， Belarus and Switzerland. He attended 22 successfully held events， including forums， project promotions， meetings and other official activities， which were both pragmatic and efficient; In August， Mr.Tang Liangzhi led a delegation to visit Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam to further expand bilateral friendship in various fields. A bilateral memorandum of understanding on the establishment of a sister city relationship between Ho Chi Minh City and Chongqing City was signed.

7月4日，副市长刘桂平赴德国杜塞尔多夫出席“2018中国大会”，并发表主旨演讲，推广重庆，推动双边友城文化经贸交流。

On July 4th， Vice Mayor Liu Guiping went to Düsseldorf， Germany to attend the "2018 China Conference" and delivered a keynote speech to introduce Chongqing and promote bilateral economic and trade exchanges.

7月9日，重庆市江北区区长代小红应邀率队访问意大利皮亚琴察市，推动与意大利在机械、物流、美食美酒，以及环境可持续发展的创新性运用等领域展开对话和合作关系。双方代表签署了友好关系缔结协议，双边正式结为友好城市，开启了双边战略合作伙伴關系。

On July 9， Dai Xiaohong， District Mayor of Jiangbei， Chongqing， was invited to visit the Italian city of Piacenza to promote dialogue and cooperation with Italy in the fields of machinery， logistics， food&wine， and the innovative implementation of the concept of environmental sustainability. After the representatives of the two sides signed an agreement on friendly relations，  the two cities formally established sister-city friendship and forged a bilateral strategic partnership.

8月23日，2018中国·重庆国际友好城市市长圆桌会议上，重庆市和巴拿马巴拿马省、重庆市巴南区和日本新潟县三条市，分别签署《建立友好城市（市省）关系谅解备忘录》;重庆市经信委与韩国首尔市签署了关于在大数据、信息化、智能化等领域的合作备忘录;乌拉圭圣何塞省发展局和重庆市教委签署教师派遣合作协议。

On August 23 when the 2018 Mayors’ Roundtable for International Sister Cities of Chongqing，China， was held， Chongqing and Panama Province， Banan District of Chongqing and Sanjo City， Niigata County of Japan， signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Establishing Sister Cities （City and Province） Relations respectively. The Chongqing Economic and Information Commission and the Seoul Metropolitan Government of South Korea signed a memorandum of understanding on the fields of big data， information technology， and intelligence; the San Jose Provincial Development Bureau of Uruguay and the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission signed a teacher dispatching cooperation agreement.

8月29日至9月5日，罗马尼亚国家电视台节目主持人玛丽娜·阿尔玛善一行来渝访问，拍摄了重庆代表性的美丽风光及火锅、小面等美食，采访了重庆文艺、体育及时尚界人士。市友协副会长王广成向阿尔玛介绍了重庆的相关情况，希望通过她宣传重庆这座“山水之城、美丽之地”的历史、文化及发展成就，让更多罗马尼亚人了解重庆，并以此为契机推动重庆与罗马尼亚的交流。

From August 29th to September 5th， Marina Almashan， the host of the Romanian national TV program， visited Chongqing and photographed its characteristic beautiful scenery， hot pot， Chongqing noodles and other food. She interviewed local experts on Chongqing art&literature， Sports and Fashion. Wang Guangcheng， vice president of the Municipal Friendship Association， introduced the relevant information of Chongqing to Marina. He hoped that through her promotion of the history， cultural and development achievements of Chongqing， known as “A Land of Natural Beauty; A City with Cultural Appeal”， would be accessible to more Romanians， which was a great opportunity to promote exchanges between Chongqing and Romania.

10月15日至19日，以阿兰·拉巴特主席为团长的法中友协联合会代表团来渝访问，全面了解“一带一路”建设的深刻内涵，以便更好地在法做友华宣传工作。

From October 15th to 19th ， Alain Labat， President of the Federation of the French-Chinese Friendship Association， led a delegation for a friendly visit to Chongqing. They came here to fully understand the profound connotation of the Belt and Road Initiative， so as to better promote China-friendly publicity in France.

11月12日，重庆市与美国辛辛那提市签署了关于建立友好合作关系谅解备忘录。双方将共同致力于支持和促进两地全方位互利友好合作关系的发展，并为两地友好关系建立有效的合作机制。

On November 12， Chongqing and the city of Cincinnati， U.S.A signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of friendly and cooperative relations. The two sides will work together to support and promote the development of mutually beneficial and friendly relations in an all-round way and establish an effective cooperation mechanism for the establishment of friendship.

11月18日至22日，重慶市友协交流团赴日本访问友好城市广岛，并出席“第16届日中友好交流会议”，与会代表围绕会议主题“新时代、新作为—共创中日民间友好交流新局面”深入探讨，并共同发表《冈山宣言》。

From November 18th to 22nd， the Chongqing Friendship Association exchange delegation went to visit the friendly city of Hiroshima in Japan and attended the "16th Japan-China Friendship Exchange Conference"， which centered on "New Era， New Actions - Creating a New Prospects for Friendly People-to-People Exchanges”. The delegates exchanged in-depth views and jointly published the Okayama Declaration.
