斯蒂芬.平博理
斯蒂芬.平博理于1984年作为Gulbenkian学者身份毕业于伦敦皇家艺术学院。在求学期间,他已经开始作为建筑师的设计实践,在伦敦YRM事务所工作,并参与伦敦盖特威克机场(Gatwick Airport)本航站楼设计项目,毕业后Stephen加入英国理查德·罗杰斯事务所(Richard Rogers&Partners)伦敦办公室,并设计了1985年在英国皇家艺术学院举办的罗杰斯福斯特斯特灵展览空间。
2000年他在亚洲设立事务所并负责设计了新加坡克拉克码头项目,该项目也获得多项国际大奖,包括Cityscape 2008 最佳滨水项目奖。2009年他与之前的同事一起创立了SPARK思邦建筑。Stephen Pimbley斯蒂芬.平博理是北京来福士广场,宁波来福士广场的主导设计董事,并同时参与上海港国际客运中心的设计,该项目在2011年荣获MIPIM亚洲最佳综合项目大奖。
林雯慧
林雯慧女士是SPARK思邦的合伙人,13年来为思邦主持设计了多个国际级的重要作品。她的设计视野非常开阔,擅长复杂的总体规划、城市设计和建筑创作。
林雯慧女士的设计作品不断赢得国际声誉,包括获得阿卡汉建筑奖提名的曼谷Fai-Fah学习中心、获得德国设计协会年度最佳建筑师奖的吉隆坡升喜廊商业中心、及最近在中国深圳建成、被多家杂志报道的蛇口汇港综合体项目。这类复杂的开发项目往往由多个业主构成,林雯慧带领思邦团队的顾问协调成为推进项目设计创意进展的至关要素。
林雯慧女士在2016年获得“时代伟大女性设计与风格大奖”,并被新加坡 Women's Weekly 杂志评选为最有影响力的当代职业女性之一。2017年,她先后受邀在布里斯班举办的亚太建筑研讨会和昆士兰大学发表演讲。2018年起,林雯慧还担任亚洲国际地产大奖的评委会主席。

Stephen Pimbley
Stephen Pimbley graduated from the Royal College of Art London in 1984, where he was a Gulbenkian scholar. He began his undergraduate professional career at YRM in London, working on the North Terminal of Gatwick Airport. Upon graduating, he worked at the London office of Richard Rogers and Partners, designing the project installations for the Rogers room of the Rogers Foster Stirling exhibition at the Royal Academy in 1985.
In 2000, Stephen set up the Asia studios and designed the Clarke Quay Redevelopment, Singapore, winner of Cityscape Asia Best Waterfront development in 2008. In 2009, along with former colleagues - Stephen established Spark. He was responsible for the design of Raffles City Beijing, winner of Best Future Mixed Use project at the Cityscape Asia Awards 2008 and Raffles City Ningbo, Best developer Mixed Use award at the Cityscape China Review Awards 2008.
Stephen was also involved in the design of Shanghai International Cruise Terminal,Winner of MIPIM Asia's Best Mixed Use development Award 2011.
Wenhui Lim
Wenhui Lim is a partner of SPARK having worked with the studio for over 13 years.She has worked on most of the major national and international portfolio projects undertaken by the studio.
She has extensive experience in the design and management of complex urban developments, master planning and architecture.
Wenhui was a winner of the Singapore Women's Weekly Great Women of our Time Award Design & Style category 2016 focussed on “high achieving working women who are inspiring game changers making an impact in the city.”
Wenhui has been an invited guest speaker at several international events most recently at the University of Queensland and at the Asia Paci fic Architecture forum in Brisbane.
Wenhui is currently chairperson of the Singapore judging panel of the Asia Property Awards.
