[摘要] 目的 研究神經生长因子治疗无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤的疗效。 方法 选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治32例无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤患者,采用数字随机表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组16例;对照组采用保守方法进行治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上,使用神经生长因子进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 治疗前,两组患者的JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗后,对两组患者治疗前后的JOA评分进行比较,实验组的评分明显高于对照组,且治疗后4周的效果要优于治疗1周的效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两组患者治疗后1周以及4周,计算JOA评分改善率,实验组的1周JOA评分改善率与4周JOA评分改善率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组显总有效率为100%;对照组治疗总有效率为31.25%,实验组总有效率要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 神经生长因子在无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤的运用中,具有很好的效果,加速了患者颈脊髓神经功能的恢复,起到很重要的作用,此种疗法值得在临床中推广运用。

Effect of nerve growth factor on cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of nerve growth factor in the treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Methods 32 patients with cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled. They were divided into experimental group and control group by digital random table method, with 16 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conservative method. The experimental group was treated with nerve growth factor on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in JOA score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the JOA scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The effect of 4 weeks after treatment was better than the effect of 1 week of treatment. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). At one week and four weeks after treatment, the improvement rate of JOA score in two groups was calculated. The improvement rate of JOA score at one week and four weeks in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 100% in the experimental group, and the total effective rate was 31.25% in the control group. The total efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nerve growth factor has a good effect in the treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation. It accelerates the recovery of cervical spinal cord nerve function and plays an important role. This therapy is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
