感知重庆2018德国企业家重庆行

一年前，中国国家主席习近平在“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛开幕式主旨演讲中，宣布了一系列举措。一年来，“一带一路”建设合作的“国际列车”不断聚能，加速向前。

重庆，也在这列“国际列车”上。基于西部大开发重要战略支点、“一带一路”和长江经济带联结点等特殊的区位优势，重庆正着力打造内陆开放高地，建设“山清水秀美丽之地”，推动高质量发展，创造高品质生活。

打开重庆的全球“朋友圈”，你会发现重庆致力“开放”的脚步从未间断。2011年1月，中欧班列（重庆）正式开通运行，与沿线13个城市建立了友好城市关系和友好交流关系。

中欧班列的欧洲端口——德国，与重庆的联系堪称“典范”。以友城杜塞尔多夫为基点，重庆正将友好关系扩展到杜伊斯堡和整个北威州地区。刚刚过去的四月，德国友人再次来渝，深度“打卡”重庆，参加“感知重庆·2018德国企业家重庆行”活动。十余位德国企业家进行了中德企业家重庆对话、经贸考察、商务洽谈和媒体交流等，亲历重庆现代物流、智能智造、物联网、汽车、医药、环保、文化、旅游等多个领域的最新发展。

短暂、紧凑和充实的行程中，德国友人如同点击更新了重庆的“朋友圈”，连连发出赞叹。然而两地绝非“点赞之交”。本期封面主题，我们沿着德国企业家“打卡”重庆的足迹，深入探寻两地日益密切的经贸往来、文化交流，看“一带一路”倡议之下，中欧班列（重庆）、中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区等开放通道、口岸及平台，如何为德国城市与重庆的发展提供新动能与新机遇。

One year ago, Chinese President Xi Jinping proclaimed a series of measures during his keynote speech at the opening ceremony of "the Belt and Road" International Summit Forum. Countries along the route continued to work and reinforce each other over the past year.

Chongqing has also proactively participated in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. As an important strategic fulcrum in China’s Western Development and the intersection of the Belt and Road and Yangtze River Economic Belt, Chongqing is now building itself into a highland for opening-up in inland China with picturesque landscapes so as to promote high-quality life and development.

Chongqing’s communication and cooperation with other countries is increasingly expanding. In January, 2011, the operation of China Railway Express (from Chongqing to Duisburg) has established friendly cooperative relationship with 13 cities along the route.

At the end of China Railway Express in Europe, Germany’s partnership with Chongqing has set an example for the rest of world. Taken Dusseldorf as the basic station, Chongqing has established good relationships with Duisburg and even Nordrhein-Westfalen. In April, German entrepreneurs came to Chongqing to attend an activity themed with “Experience Chongqing: German Entrepreneurs’ Visit to Chongqing in 2018”.More than 10 German Entrepreneurs have carried out dialogue, economic and trade investigation, business negotiation and media communication with Chongqing delegations.They have also witnessed new development in several sectors including modern logistics,smart manufacturing, Internet of Things, automobiles, medicine, environmental protection,culture and tourism.

During their short but fast-moving visit in Chongqing, German friends are marveled by Chongqing’s changes and progress like updating its "moments" on Wechat. While, they are not friends that merely keep in touch by "pressing thumbs". The cover story will follow these entrepreneurs to explore our close economic cooperation and cultural exchange,and to look into new drivers and opportunities for both Chongqing and German cities under the guidance of the One Belt and Road Initiative, China Railway Express (from Chongqing to Duisburg) and China (Chongqing) Free Trade Zone, as well as others ports and platforms.
