青榄煲猪粉肠治咽炎

  青榄 6 粒至 7 粒,猪肺半个或一个,猪粉肠 2 条(约 200 克) 。把青榄洗干净,用刀切成片后拍扁,连核用。猪肺洗净,切成小块,过水一次。猪粉肠洗净外表即可,内部粉状物不要洗去。以口径 24 厘米煲为例,加半煲水,放入全部用料,煲两小时即可。汤不要太浓,防止 青 榄 引起酸苦涩味,下盐调味饮用。如怕汤不够味,可适量加入瘦猪肉,但最好不要放蜜枣。

     青欖能理喉炎,舒肝气解毒。猪肺能补肺,清肺热,疗肺虚咳嗽,润肺理肠。猪粉肠可治胃肠病,如胃痛发作时感到胃脘内有灼热感者,用猪粉肠半斤,加老陈皮和姜片煲至肠烂,连汤带渣一起吃,甚为有效。此方用猪粉肠能起中和作用,患有肠胃病的人一样可服用。
