中国—东盟博览会机电产品展（越南）在越南河内开幕

6月15日，2017中国—东盟博览会机电产品展（越南）在河内国际会展中心拉开帷幕。来自中国14个省市的106家知名机电企业参展，重点展示通用机械、运输车辆、农用机械、工程机械、智能消费电子、气象设备、太阳能产品和电动车等领域的优秀产品和先进技术。展期还举办电子电器、新能源、机械设备和零配件专场采购配对会，组织企业开展光州工业园区、桂武工业园的深度市场考察活动，为中越机电企业提供高效、优质的交流平台。

首个中国—东盟跨境电商研修班开班

6月6日，首个中国—东盟跨境电商研修班在中国南宁开班，旨在顺应中国与东盟经贸合作快速发展的需要，进一步推动双方在电子商务领域的交流，促进中国—东盟自贸区升级版建设。

此次研修班为期7天，就中国跨境电商发展趋势和主要模式、中国—东盟跨境金融合作、中小跨境电商企业的生存风险以及东博会如何通过电子商务平台促进中国—东盟经贸合作等大家关心的议题，进行深入探讨和交流。来自柬、老、缅、越四国的官员以及东盟秘书处代表共33名学员参加。

印尼政府拟采取三大举措推动经济发展

印尼经济统筹部长达尔敏日前表示，印尼经济增长持续维持在5%的水平线上，政府将努力创造更多促进经济增长的机会，拟通过三大举措提振经济。

一是大力发展基础设施建设，二是持续推动制造业、旅游业和渔业发展，三是进一步优化投资环境，简化行政审批，使印尼投资环境更具竞争力，吸引更多外来投资。印尼经济在2016年底开始出现好转迹象，如贫困及失业比例下降，基尼系数也随之降低，这些迹象显示印尼经济开始恢复更大幅度增长。

印尼政府设立国家战略食品价格信息中心

据《雅加达邮报》6月13日报道，为控制主要食品价格波动，抑制通货膨胀，印尼央行将同贸易部、财政部联合设立国家战略食品价格信息中心。该信息中心数据每天取自印尼全国34个省份82个城市的164个大型食品市场，旨在对10种重要食品价格进行实时监测。

据悉，该信息中心能及时了解大宗食品价格走势，有效防止影响通胀的主要食品价格大幅上涨。政府目前还在整合、开发，使厂商、批发商和零售商共同参与的价格监测系统，计划2018年启用，使得参与商品价格监测的范围更加广泛，监控和管理更加有效。

华为曼谷开放实验室揭幕

6月1日，中国华为技术公司曼谷开放实验室正式揭幕，将支持和帮助顾客和行业合作伙伴向数字时代过渡，激发创新，并提供ICT领域培训服务。

此外，华为曼谷开放实验室还积极响应泰国政府政策，帮助推动和支持泰国ICT领域初创企业发展和研究，成为进入泰国4.0数字经济时代以及发展东部经济走廊的助力，推动泰国成为区域性信息与通讯技术（ICT）中心。因此，泰国政府需持续投资通信领域基础设施建设，将移动宽带速度从5Mbs提升到15Mbps，通过海底电缆与其他国家实现通信网络的直接对接。

缅甸将允许私人保险公司扩大业务经营范围

缅甸《声音》6月13日报道，缅甸保险监督委员会消息，缅甸从2012年开始允许私人企业经营保险业，目前允许私人企业经营的保险有人寿险、火险、车险、商品险、健康险等9种，计划与财政部有计划将私人保险企业的经营范围再增加11个保险种类，分别为海外劳工人寿险、农作物险、农业险、旅游险、工程险等，但尚需与相关企业进行协商，以便提供更优质的服务。报道称，下一步外国保险公司也有望进入缅甸市场。

中国建设银行在马来西亚首家全资子银行开业

6月2日，中国建设银行（马来西亚）有限公司在马来西亚吉隆坡举行开业仪式，并与多家马来西亚银行签订了人民币或马来西亚林吉特清算账户。

据悉，建行（马来西亚）有限公司在开业初期将立足于传统批发银行业务，积极发展跨境人民币交易，重点为在马来西亚投资的优质中资企业和对华业务较多的企业等提供金融服务。同时，建行方面还同意为中国港湾、厦门大学马来西亚分校、关丹产业园等在马来西亚的发展提供资金和信贷等方面的支持。

缅甸新建无水港对接“一带一路”

据《缅甸时报》6月15日报道，缅甸将在曼德勒地区的阿玛拉普拉修建全国第一个无水港。据悉，该项目占地75英亩，具有同海港相同的功能，货物在该港完成清关后，可直接经公路和铁路运至仰光港装船，无需再经清关程序。此外，通过拟建的腊戍至木姐铁路，该无水港最终将与中国引导的“一带一路”倡议基础设施网络对接。

泰国总理签发第44条解除制约项目关键阻碍，中泰铁路开工在即

6月15日，泰国总理巴育签发第44条解除制约项目推进的关键阻碍，持续谈判近3年的泰中铁路合作项目终于迎来曙光。

泰国交通部常务次长说，按照泰中铁路合作项目所涉及的7部法律的简化程序执行办法，中方将承担3个方面的工作，分别是：1、详细的项目设计方案；2、项目工程质量监管；3、铁路运营系统和信号系统安装调试工程。而泰方将主要承担项目施工以及轨道基础安装工程。该命令将简化公务部门在项目采购和招标的审批程序。

“中国泉州—越南—泰国”直达航线正式开通

6月12日，中国泉州辖区最大航运企业—安通控股“中国泉州—越南—泰国”外贸航线首航仪式在石湖太平洋集装箱码头隆重举行。该航线将以泉州为母港，航班班期以周班运营，中途挂靠广东汕头、湛江，越南胡志明市，泰国曼谷等东南亚重要港口，单向航程4～6天，主要承接泉州地区出口货源，把各类食品、服装鞋帽、建材等货物运往东南亚国家，并将沿线国家的大米、食品、农副产品等货物运回中国。航线开通后将进一步降低物流运输成本，成为福建与东南亚国家的经贸合作的重要桥梁和纽带。

泰国总理巴育寄望“GI认证产品”拉动地方旅游经济

泰国中华日报6月5日报道，为促进泰国旅游业发展，泰国巴育总理表示，希望泰国77个府都有至少一个“GI（地理标志）认证”的产品。GI认证产品在拉动地方旅游经济方面具有非常积极的作用，特别是那些非热点旅游府。

据悉，泰国70个府已经有75个GI认证的产品，而曼谷市即将迎来两个GI认证产品，分别是挽莫橘子和挽坤天荔枝。目前，泰国各地申请GI认证的产品覆盖了大米、水果、布料、手工制品、葡萄酒等。7个仍未申请GI产品认证的府分别是：甲米、罗勇、沙墩、沙缴、信武里、龙仔厝、北碧等。

缅甸新绿豆畅销中国市场

缅甸《耶德纳榜》6月14日报道，据曼德勒的豆商表示，由于中国方面给出的价较高，近期曼德勒豆类市场上的缅甸新绿豆销量很好，每日可销出近2万袋，而且供不应求，只要有货都可售罄，豆农也因此获利不少。据悉，1袋绿豆往年的价格仅为9万缅元，2017年已涨到12.5万缅元，绿豆成为豆商和豆农的主要销售产品。一些豆商表示，现在是中国气候最热的季节，中国消费者普遍认为绿豆清热去火，所以购买的人较多，才使缅甸绿豆在中国市场畅销。

越南首个全国各地土特产电商平台正式上线

6月13日，越南邮政总公司在河内市举行越南全国各地土特产电商平台上线启动仪式（网址为https://badasa.com.vn）。据悉，该电商平台推介了由5000家供应商销售的约2万种土特产，产品直接从生产商处采购并把其送到消费者的手里，没有中间环节。

鉴于越南邮政网络的能力及优势，越南全国各地土特产电商平台利用邮政运输服务以满足消费者的购物需求，确保准时交货。消费者可使用货到付款方式。

阿里巴巴天猫登陆马来西亚

《东方日报》6月14日报道，阿里巴巴旗下天猫国际宣布登陆马来西亚、新加坡、中国香港和中国台湾，力攻全球华人市场。

天猫以平价中国商品为主打，包括零食、调味品、家居用品等，亦有进口品牌，如帮宝适、威露士。此外，阿里巴巴还公布“天猫出海”计划，通过与东南亚电商龙头Lazada合作，将天猫拓展至东南亚以至全球。

缅甸4～5月吸引外国直接投资9.2亿美元

《缅甸环球新光报》6月16日报道，据缅甸投资和公司管理总局（DICA）统计，4～5月，缅甸吸引外国直接投资达9.2亿美元。其中，石油和天然气为外国投资最集中领域，电力部门其次，主要投资者来自中国和新加坡。DICA表示，其将重新审视限制外国投资的规定，减少投资者商业运营障碍。

越南通过《中小企业支持法》

6月12日，越南国会通过《中小企业支持法》，该法将于2018年1月1日实施。该法规定，中小企业是指每年雇佣并缴纳申报员工人数不足200人的中等或小型规模企业，必须满足以下两个条件的其中一项：投资总额不超过1000亿越盾（约合440万美元）且前一年收入总额不超过3000亿越盾，或属于农林渔业、工业、建筑业、贸易及服务业等领域。该法要求对中小企业的支持政策符合市场规律并与国际协定一致，给予这些企业的支持政策在内容、受益人、程序、支持规模等都应公开透明。

01. China supports innovation efforts of domestic and foreign enterprises

June 2, 2017 (Xinhua) — Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Thursday that China offers policy support for both domestic and foreign enterprises in the pursuit of innovation.Li, who was in Germany for a two-day of fi cial visit, made the remarks at a bilateral forum on innovation cooperation. China follows the rules of the World Trade Organization and treats Chinese and foreign companies equally, said the premier,adding that Beijing is improving the negative list management system and cutting red tape, so as to provide foreign companies with an easier access to the Chinese market.

02. Chinese online games popular on Vietnam’s lucrative market

June 3, 2017 (Xinhua) — A small group of Vietnamese youngsters yelled out excitedly on Wednesday afternoon after a blue window displaying the “Victory”. The fi ve-people team,led by a Hanoian high school student Dao Tuan, defeated their distant competitors in a match of the Chinese game named League of Legends (or LOL), the most popular multiplayer,online battle arena games in Vietnam now. Over 36 million gamers, out of 50 million internet users in Vietnam, secure the country’s second-biggest position in terms of online game revenue in Southeast Asia, the world’s fastest growing game market. Many gamers and gaming house owners have said that Chinese video games have dominated the Vietnamese market for years. Such games accounted for over 95 percent of the total launched in 2016.

03. China’s car-sharing picks up speed

June 5, 2017 (China Daily) — “We should fully understand the role of developing car-sharing,” said the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in a document released on June 1 to seek public opinion. “It offers a new alternative to urban mobility. It will alleviate the pressure casused by the rapid rise in the number of private cars in cities and subsequently by the rising demand for roads and parking lots.” The two ministries also urged local authorities to position the role of car-sharing in a reasonable way in order to build a diversified urban transport system.Statistics show that there are now 40 car-sharing companies with a total fl eet of 40,000 cars, most of which are new energy vehicles. The fleets of such service providers are expected to reach a collective 170,000 cars by 2020, according to a report by Strategy&, a subsidiary of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

04. Apple applauds China’s support and commitment to clean energy

June 8, 2017 (Xinhua) — Apple on Wednesday announced the biggest clean energy commitment that it has received from its suppliers, which comes from US manufacturer Jabil Circuit Inc. with facilities in China. Seven of Apple’s suppliers had previously committed themselves to 100 percent renewable energy use, most of them were Chinese manufacturers. “We see real momentum here. Jabil has already achieved 67 percent renewable energy for its Apple production, so the work they are doing now is really advancing the green transition in China,” Lisa Jackson, vice president of Environment, Policy and Social Initiatives at Apple, told Xinhua. Apple wants all suppliers to be part of its clean energy movement. In April, three Chinese suppliers, Sunwoda,Compal and Biel, joined the clean energy program, doing their part to pave the way for the growth of the renewable energy sector in China.

05. Malaysia sees more tourist arrivals from China

June 8, 2017 (Xinhua) — The total Chinese tourist arrivals in Malaysia increased by 7.5 percent year-on-year to 551,000 in the fi rst quarter, and the momentum may continue to pick up following some encouraging measures by China and Malaysia, Maybank Investment Bank said on Thursday. “The number accounted for only 18 percent of the three million target of Malaysian government this year. That said, we opine that it ought to pick up,” the report said. According to Tourism Malaysia, the total visitor arrivals in Malaysia were flat in the first quarter, falling 0.5 percent year-on-year. China ranked third in terms of visitor arrivals to Malaysia in the fi rst quarter. It accounted for 8.3 percent of the total visitors to Malaysia, after Singapore at 48.5 percent and Indonesia at 10.6 percent.

08. China-Panama diplomatic ties signal universal consensus on one-China principle

June 13, 2017 (Xinhua) — Panama signed a joint communique with China in Beijing on Tuesday to establish diplomatic relations and break so-called “diplomatic ties”with China's Taiwan, a move perceived as more extensive recognition of the one-China principle and a warning to the Taiwan administration. After signing the communique, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told reporters that the political decision made by the Panamanian government meets the fundamental interests of the country, and accords with the development trend of the times as well as the one-China framework already in place in the international community.“The establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries will promote cooperation between China and Central America and the Caribbean region, and will have a demonstrative effect,” he said.
