Vegetables are good for us. They can keep us healthy. Carrots are good for our eyes. Tomatoes are good for our hearts. Celery is good for our bones.
My favorite vegetable is carrot. I eat it every day because it contains a lot of vitamins. They are good for the eyes. And I have poor eyesight, so I should eat more carrots.
So we should eat plenty of vegetables to make us healthy and strong.
