（1）Experts Publication or Public Publication: a Case Study of Evaluation Agencies of Social Service Purchased by Government

This study discussed the relationships of stakeholders during social service evaluation,in perspective of new governance and citizen participation.This article compared experts participation with public participation motivation,based on social service evaluation in City H.Firstly,the paper analyzed the acquiring process of expert status.Second,public participation was divided into organized public participation and unorganized public participation.The paper argued that the difficulty of public participation lied on the difference of public opinion and the diffusion of public responsibility.Once again,there were four ideal types for evaluating the degree of participation of experts and those of the public.In the end,the government selected which type of participation,which should consider the level of social service development,the level of professional knowledge required for accountability,and of acceptance of the public.In order to exceed the limitations of government purchasing social services,active expert participation and public participation were of great significance to promote social service development and civil governance.

（2）"Social" First, "Work" Later: Action Logic of Social Work Service in Community：A Case Study of the Interaction Between a Family Integrated Service Center and Residence’s Committees

The discussion about the social nature of social work in academic circles has been fruitful recently.This paper tries to,from another perspective,return on the social and professional functions of social work,despite of which one is more important,back to explore the action logic of practices in communities.Between the"social"(refers to its social relation construction)and"work"(refers to its professional ability embodies),we found the actual reference path.The research materials are according to the existing experiences and practices from a family integrated service center in coordination with the residents'committees.Through the observation and interviews to the director of the center,field supervisors and social workers,the paper analysts how the center and residents'committees understanding error,communication mode of administrative management in communication,the main body of enthusiasm and attitude,etc.“Social”and“work”,which one is first,is not just a sequence of rank logic.Behind this,the social nature and professional function should be put into the primary governance body of the cooperation platform to discuss.From the perspective of social and professional interdependent,correct understanding and establish a relationship with the residents'committees,is a smoothly convenient shortcut for comprehensive service,is also an inevitable choice for high quality service and win-win goal.It is hoped that this question can be put forward and analyzed to provide a reference for the related research.

（3）How to Use ATLAS.ti to Analyze Qualitative Data and Identify Research Themes: A Step by Step Guide

This paper aims to introduce one of the most popular qualitative data analysis software,the ATLAS.ti,in social science research.To help first time users understand how to manage,code,and analyze qualitative data(e.g.,textual data,graphic data,audio and video data,as well as Geo-data),the author provides step-by-step instructions to show the usage of basic functions of ATLAS.ti.The author also uses an in-country Chinese migrant mothers PhotoVocie project as an example to illustrate how to interpret the results,identify research themes,and report the findings.

（4）From Identity Politics to Discourse Politics：The Theoretical Transition and its Influence of Contemporary Feminist SocialWork

Social work is feminism in its nature.Feminism has gradually become an important knowledge source of social work theory and method in the process of mutual collision and blending.The ontology,epistemology and methodology of feminist social work theory have experienced a transition from identity politics to discourse politics which makes feminist social work present a new theory picture since the late 90s.Feminism unpacked the issue of gender and oppression,and critically reshaped the research methods,service mode and practice orientation of social work.

（5）The Curriculum Design and Practice Evaluation of Social Work Professional "Self-knowledge and Growth"

Self-awareness and growth is important introductory course for students majoring in social work,designed to help students in self-understanding,understanding ego,integration of self in the process of implementation of professional values of social work education,cultivating students'professional ability and shaping noble personality power.Using the experience type teaching,based on the working process of the systematic view,refer to William James,the founder of the American psychological theory of self-awareness,the course should be"who am I","my relationship"and"my future"three major themes.By"short warm-up activity,teachers speak-group activities-game experience-share-concludes deepen"the six teaching links,professional social work students realize from"self,the role of single exploration",to"multiple roles participation",and then to the transformation of the"self and social connection".From the point of the research results,the change of the students and the course design of three major tasks are consistent,curriculum design has achieved good results,but still need to increase the extracurricular practice,realize the seamless joint between class and after class;Change the group form to promote team dynamics;Change the role of teacher and grow with students.

（6）State of the Art of Ethic Practice of Social Work Agencies：Using B-city as an Example

Ethic is an important topic in social work major.This paper investigates seven typical social work agencies in B-city,including social workers in practice,supervisors and founders,via visiting and participant observation.Our findings are:(1)The majority of these agencies have imposed basic ethic regulations and governance;(2)People have certain degree of understanding on regulations involved ethics,however in practice they need concrete guidance;(3)Social workers from different backgrounds put various degree of emphasis on ethics,and those with major in social work or psychology put more emphasis on ethics.Consequently,we suggest emphasis on practice guidance in both college and professional training courses,and doing more work on occupation standards and governance.

（7）Difficulties and Countermeasures of Implementing Modern Apprenticeship in Social Work Major in Higher VocationalColleges——A Sase Study of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Province of G

Under the background of the new economic and social development,the demand for social work talents of China is large but the construction of talent team is of great difficulties.In this article,we analyze the present situation and problems of education of social work specialty in higher vocational colleges in the Province of G and find out that the professional education of social work major of higher vocational colleges is not suitable enough with the social work occupation development.Then,we try to put forward the hypothesis that modern apprenticeship may promote professional education in social work.And then based on the analysis of the concept of modern apprenticeship,we analyzes the feasibility and difficulties of the modern apprenticeship of social work specialty in higher vocational colleges.At last,we put forward some implement countermeasures of the modern apprenticeship of the social work specialty in higher vocational colleges based on the local reality.

（8）Action Research：The Medical Social- work Intervened in Social Psychological Intervention for Injured Patients in“8.03”Ludian Earthquake——Taking Medical Social-work Station of Zhaotong NO.1 People’s Hospital as an Example

In recent years,natural disasters have occurred frequently in China.Medical social work is becoming an important practice domain of social work.The medical social-work station of Zhaotong Number One People’s Hospital has actively explored a psychosocial intervention since the 8.03 Ludian earthquake that occurred on 3rdAugust 2014.This action study explored the feasibility and effectiveness of medical social work in the psychological rescue of the wounded.We believe this model has potential in contributing to the development of similar models in China in post-disaster contexts.

（9）The Practice and Thinking of Party Duilding+Social worker Mode: Take Jinjiang Zimao Town Party Construction Projectas an Example

This paper analyzes jinjiang city of fujian province Zimao town present situation and problems of the party construction and the implementation of the"party building and social workers"project and its effect and experience summary,and the introduction of the practice of social work in party construction are discussed.The research shows that the work mode of"party building+social worker"is effective and promotes the transformation and development of grass-roots party construction.We believe that"party building and social workers"mode is the party construction part as a form of service outsourcing,is the party branch and the party's construction and the social work organization and social work the rational choice of each other.The introduction of social work in party construction has promoted the party construction through professional services of social workers,and has enriched and developed the local social work in China.
