伴随着高速城市化进程以及城市内核的分散和游离，西安这座城市又一次处于活跃和生长之中。创造性破坏打破了固有的机制，又建立了新的秩序。在这样的背景下，位于曲江新区、围绕着胡亥陵的保护和修缮这一项目，如同一个几乎失落的片断，正在被重新组合在整个城市的基因链条之中。□

Along with rapid urbanization, Xi'an has become, once again, active and growing. Creative destruction breaks up old mechanisms and sets up a new order. In this context, the protection and restoration of the surroundings of Hu Hai Tomb, located in Qujiang new district, creates new social and urban dynamics and, resolving the former fragmentation, forms a new whole with the city.□
