As we all know it is very important for us to keep healthy. But do you know how to keep healthy?
My grandpa is 86 years old. He is very healthy. He does exercises every day. Early in the morning, he does Taiji on the yard. Then he takes a long walk around the town. After that he goes home to have a rest. He eats rice with vegetables and a little meat. He usually reads newspapers and listens to music in the afternoon. He always goes to bed before 9:30 p.m. He is very happy every day.
As for us, I think we should eat breakfast every morning. We must eat more fruit and vegetables, but less junk food. We should wash our hands before eating and keep our body clean. Its necessary for us to take exercises which can keep us strong and healthy. We should go to bed early. If we dont have enough sleep, we will be tired in class. Finally, I think listening to music can make us feel relaxed.
