A Very Scary Trip

My parents took my sister and me to the west during this May Day. It was an interesting but scary trip. On the first day， we took a long car ride to a lake in the countryside. There we put up our tents and made a fire to keep us warm and cooked food on. On the first night， we just sat under the moon and told each other stories. But I was so tired that I went to sleep early. The next morning， my brother and I woke up at about eight. When we looked out of the tent， we saw a snake sleeping near the fire. Then my father jumped up and down in the tent to drive the away. He said snakes have no ears but can feel things move.
