世界温泉之都 重庆的响亮名片

重庆温泉是一个世界级的旅游资源，世界上只有被誉为温泉之都的匈牙利首都布达佩斯的温泉量可以和重庆相提并论。以休闲娱乐为主的重庆温泉开发历来已久。依托丰厚的温泉自然资源，如今，温泉已成为重庆一张响亮的“城市名片”。

东温泉 “五方十泉”之首

东温泉镇位于巴南区东部五布河畔。一直以来，东温泉拥有45亿立方米的温泉体量，日可开采量5万方，以温泉孔位多，流量大、温度高、泉眼分布广而著称，温泉储量居全国第一。东温泉约占全市主城区温泉总储量的三分之一；拥有温泉泉眼12个，占全市温泉泉眼的九分之一，故位居“五方十泉”之首。

东温泉同时具有冷泉和热泉，拥有近百个造型丰富、特色各异的养生温泉泡池及别致的温泉汤屋。四季均可沐浴，水温常年保持在38℃～53℃，水中富含氡、氟、锶、锌、锂等多种对人体有益的微量元素。此外，冷泉也是东温泉的一大特色。山泉沥沥，泉水清澈透明，其味甘美，清新爽口，夏季还可解暑健脾。

东温泉景区旅游资源丰富，人文底蕴厚重，拥有目前世界唯一恒温的喀斯特温泉热洞，洞内恒温43℃，被中国地质岩溶学界泰斗、中国工程院院士卢耀如评价为“东泉热洞，世之瑰宝”。这里有汉族唯一传承千年的裸浴文化，是中国五大裸浴文化聚集地之一。当地有淳朴的民风民俗，男女老少无授受不亲之嫌，无拘泥羞涩之态，这才形成具有东温泉特色的露天温泉裸浴。温泉周围秀峦叠嶂，古木参天，松柏森森，秀竹郁郁，芳草青青。在这翠竹青山，河水蜿蜒清幽中沐浴温泉，倍感轻松，消乏解困。

海棠晓月圣地温泉位于古巴渝十二景“海棠烟雨”的遗址—南岸区海棠溪。前有渝洲半岛，后有巍巍南山，与南滨路之间只有一步之遥的距离。由于四周环境优美，交通便利，是主城区内不可多得的温泉养生度假圣地。
