连续式退煮漂设备、丝光机和连续轧染设备配备数控装置,精确控制织物张力,可实现对水电汽消耗的精确监控。传统的圆网和平网印花机仍将是印花主流设备,可以实现全数字化操作,对图案进行实时监控,保证对花精度稳定;拉幅定形机配备数字化能耗监控系统,减少了废气排放等方面的热损失;定形机配备废气余热回收和净化处理设备,可最大程度利用废热,降低生产能耗;间歇式印染设备将继续发展低浴比技术,研究染色后水洗过程的低耗水技术。
