尽管多年来，织机设备的技术发展并没有实现太大突破，新型机织的主要发展趋势仍集中体现在节能降耗、设备技改、提高品质和差异化创新等方面。进一步创新机织织造工艺关键技术和设备，加快产品连续化、自动化、高效化、模块化和精品化研究，研究改进织机数控系统，进一步实现节能环保，已经成为许多织机设备生产企业今后努力的重点。

随着技术的不断发展，织机在不断提升速度的基础上，其稳定性、适用性和运行的可靠性也在逐渐提高。同时，织机还出现了采用模块化、通用化设计，保持同原有产品结构或装置之间的互换性，满足用户企业对不同织物品种的机织工艺要求，降低用户投入成本、丰富产品的多样性等特点和趋势，一些生产企业还不断拓展无梭织机织物品种适应性，并向产业用应用、特种织造延伸。随着全球纺织行业对“节能环保”概念的重视程度越来越高，纺织品机织加工过程的节能化已然是衡量设备是否足够先进的重要标志之一。剑杆织机的耗电量、喷气织机耗气量的减少，也成为衡量机型先进性的一项重要指标。

差异化织机、特种织机是未来重点发展方向。发展满足特种织造需要的高性能毛巾织机、大提花织机、地毯织机，满足产业用纺织品需要的片梭织机、刚性剑杆织机等系列化产品，可以为纺织机械制造企业带来更广泛的发展机会。

A number of loom equipment manufacturing enterprises have been making great efforts for further innovation of weaving equipment technology and accelerated R&D of continuous process， automation， high efficiency， modularity and high quality， to study and improve its numerical control system， and further realize the energy saving and environmental protection.

With the continuous development of technology， looms have been enjoying gradually improved stability， applicability and operation reliability， in addition to the continuous improvement of speed. At the same time， looms also witnessed modular and universal design， to maintain the interchangeability with original product structure or devices so as to meet the users’ requirements for different woven fabrics， reduce the user input costs， and enrich product diversity.

The global textile industry has been attaching greater importance to “energy saving and environmental protection”. The reduction of electricity consumption of rapier looms and air consumption of air-jet looms has become an important indicator in the measurement of advanced models.

Differentiated looms and special looms are the future focus of development.
