摘 要:当前,微生物发酵过程研究正逐渐由胞外深入到胞内,由宏观扩展到微观。建立能检测并综合利用细胞内外的宏观和微观代谢信息的方法非常必要。我们探讨并建立了微观和宏观相结合的综合检测和分析方法。同时我们还建立了利用通过同位素标记实验,对发酵过程阶段的代谢通量的精确分析。

Abstract:Industrial systems bioprocess engineering by integrating the multi scale physiological metabolism information is more essential. In the present work, we established the methods for determing and analyzing the macro- and micro-metabolic information. In addition, the 13C-labeling experiments were developed and all the online parameters reflecting the physiological characters can be monitored and controlled.
