摘要:本研究“大城市综合交通系统的基础理论与实证研究”所针对的是2011年指南里综合交叉领域中的“2.城市交通与灾害的基础研究:超大城市、大城市或城镇密集地区综合交通体系的基础理论与实证研究”。研究紧密契合《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020)》的重大需求,以“发展交通系统信息化和智能化技术,提高运网能力和运输效率,实现交通信息共享和各种交通方式的有效衔接,提升交通运营管理水平,发展综合交通运输”为基本思路,结合我国超大城市、大城市的发展状况,研究大城市综合交通系统的基础理论并依托若干特大城市、大城市展开相应的实证研究。研究的目标是:揭示地面公交网络-轨道交通网络-道路交通网络的相互作用机理,提出多方式交通运行的协同组织与控制理论,建立大城市综合交通系统可靠性模型,揭示综合交通信息条件下的出行行为机理,形成综合交通多式协同诱导理论与方法,促进公交主导型低碳交通结构形成和节能减排国家战略目标实现。

Project Report of Research on Integrated Transportation System in Metropolitan Area
Abstract:The study "basic theory and empirical research on integrated transportation system in metropolitan area” is aimed at "2. basic research on city traffic and disaster: basic theory and empirical research on integrated transportation system in metropolis, big city or dense urban area “ form the 2011 interdisciplinary guide. This study fits very closely with "Outline of the National Program for Long-and Medium-Term Scientific and Technological Development”. The Objectives of this research include: understanding the mechanism of the interaction of ground transit network-rail transit network-road traffic network, proposing the collaborative organization and control theory of multimode traffic operation, establishing the reliability model for integrated transportation system, creating guidance theory and method of travel demand on integrated transportation system in large cities. Finally, research findings can be used to promote achieving the national strategic goals on energy saving and emission reduction.
