摘 要:该课题在“十一五”承担任务的工作基础上,开展高性能空心玻璃微珠的工程化技术研究,以实现高性能空心玻璃微珠的批量生产,进而为固体浮力材料的国产化奠定坚实的物质基础。 本课题2013年工作进展顺利,主要工作内容如下: (1)深化密度为(0.38±0.02)g/cm3的空心玻璃微珠的研制工作。通过比对试验,在压力为5500 psi时,T38的破损率为33.75%, VS5500的破损率为44.09%,课题所研制的密度为(0.38±0.02)g/cm3的空心玻璃微珠耐压性能优于3M公司同密度产品;(2) 进行空心玻璃微珠表面改性探索性研究,为空心玻璃微珠/树脂体系的结合提供依据;(3)海山公司采用相关空心玻璃微珠样品,进行浮力材料制备,并根据实验结果进行工艺优化、配方调整等工作,并进行固体浮力材料性能测试,开展批量生产线规划工作;(4)进行固体浮力材料海上试验: 其中,搭载“深海海洋仪器设备规范化海上试验”2013年度航次进行绞车吊放试验,并通过第三方独立检验,验证了课题研制的空心玻璃微珠制成的固体浮力材料样块吸水率性能达到课题任务书指标要求。同时进行了课题研制空心玻璃微珠与国外空心玻璃微珠制成的固体浮力材料的比对测试,试验结果表明两者吸水率性能相当。另外,通过潜标试验验证了课题研制的空心玻璃微珠制成的固体浮力材料样块水下长期吸水率性能达到课题任务书指标要求。

Abstract:This program is established on the in the basis of our work during "11th five-year plan".In order to realize the mass production of high-performance hollow glass microspheres, our work will mainly focus on the engineering research. This achievement will promote the technology of solid buoyancy material. Our work going smoothly in 2013, the main content is as follows:(1)We deepened the research on the hollow glass microspheres of the density(0.38±0.02)g/cm3.The comparison test indicates that the compression strength of T38 is better than S38, which from the 3M Company has the same density as T38. And the compression strength of T38 is even better than the S38hs, which has the volume collapse of 44.09% at the pressure of 5500 psi, while the volume collapse at 5500psi of T38 is only 33.75%.(2)We also researched on the surface modification of hollow glass microspheres, and provided the reference for the combination of hollow glass microspheres/resin system.(3)We prepared solid buoyancy material by homemade hollow glass microspheres and tested the mechanical behavior.Then we adjusted the formula and preparation process according to the testing results.(4)We also accomplished the sea tests of the solid buoyancy material. The winch test indicates that the pressure-resistance property of solid buoyancy material prepared by homemade hollow glass microspheres satisfy the contract requests. And the comparison test indicates that the pressure-resistance property of solid buoyancy material prepared by homemade hollow glass microspheres can be as well as the solid buoyancy material prepared by imported hollow glass microspheres. The subsurface buoy test indicates that solid buoyancy material prepared by homemade hollow glass microspheres can satisfy long-term deep sea circumstance.
