摘 要:该研究从有序调控带隙宽度(非晶和微晶硅锗薄膜)、改进硅基薄膜的光电特性(大晶粒薄膜多晶硅)和拆分带隙(中间带硅基材料)等方面,来构建和研究适合于叠层电池宽光谱利用的新型硅基薄膜吸收材料。通过在新型吸收材料基础方面的深入研究和创新,为实现宽光谱利用的高效硅基薄膜电池的总目标提供科学依据。

Scientific Report of Basic Research on New Type Silicon Based Thin Film Absorption Material for Wide Spectrum Utilization

Abstract:The main subjects of this project are to develop new type silicon based absorption materials for wide spectrum utilization in high efficiency multi-junction solar cells. The approaches include modifying the band gap using amorphous and micro-crystalline silicon germanium thin film, improve the opto-electronic properties using polycrystalline silicon thin film with large grains and splitting the band gap using new concept intermediate band materials. The depth investigation and innovation on new type absorption materials will provide a scientific basis for the realization of the main target of high efficiency silicon thin film solar cell based on broad spectrum utilization.
