【摘要】本文討论了培养中学生良好的英语学习习惯策略,如课前预习的习惯,自主学习的习惯,独立完成家庭作业的习惯,良好的上课习惯和课后复习的习惯。

【Abstract】This paper deals with the methods of cultivating the good English study habits for middle school students, such as to cultivate the habits of previewing, self-studying, finishing homework independently, having class and reviewing.

1.Introduction
The efficiency of classroom teaching plays an important role in the teaching work, especially in the secondary schools English teaching work. That students study during the secondary schools relates to their further study and future life. However, it cant be solved successfully by the educator for a long time. In order to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, we should extend the teaching time of the traditional classroom to the time before class and the time after class. It is a good way to cultivate students to develop good study habits out of class. It can promote the improvement of the efficiency of English classroom teaching in the middle school.
2.Methods of Cultivating Students to Form Good Study Habits
As the saying goes, habits are second nature. Good study habits play an important role in promoting study and students can benefit from good habits for a lifetime. Otherwise, bad study habits will become a stumbling block to progress in study. In order to form good study habits, we will cultivate them as follows.
2.1 The Method of Cultivating Students to Form the Habits of Previewing
Many students only attach importance to listen carefully in class, complete homework after school, but neglecting preview before class, even some students dont preview. The primary reason is that they dont realize the importance of preview. Preview can make students more calmly attend a lecture, for if they have understood the contents by previewing , they would felt the lecture is easy for them to listen to the teacher. Preview can also review and consolidate the learned knowledge, and the most important thing is to develop students ability, to reduce the dependence on teachers and to enhance their independence. Besides, previewing allows students to obtain a psychological advantage and this advantage will be changed into confidence. Those students will be superior to other students.
2.2 The Method of Cultivating to Form the Habits of Self-studying
How to form the habit of self-studying? Firstly, the English teacher should strengthen the guidance of self-study. Teachers should combine general guidance and targeted guidance, and conduct whole class introduction and individual guidance. Secondly, the English teacher should ensure Students Self-study Time. Thirdly, the English teacher should lay emphasis on homework guidance by enhancing the fun of the homework, change“I do my homework” into “I want to do my homework” and develop students initiative, enhancing the ability of the students to intake information, expand students information space and let students feel the endless of knowledge, by expanding students perceptual-cognitive channels, enhance students confidence, train students initiative and enable them to form the habits of self-study, by improving students comprehensive ability information integration.
2.3 The Method of Cultivating to Form the Habits of Doing Homework Seriously
Firstly, the teacher should pay attention to give the students the correct study methods, for example , giving a proper demonstration requirement from the two aspects: one is to write it on the blackboard, the other is to correct it in their homework. Students only master correct methods, which can form good habits to do homework; secondly, we should strictly require students to complete homework independently, to write neatly, to follow format specification. Teachers should often praise those students who can overcome difficulties and carefully check homework. It can effectively prevent the students from copying others homework. Thirdly, the teacher should pay attention to correcting the students error s in homework.
2.4 The Method of Cultivating to Form the Good Habits of Having class
Teachers should notice to develop the students ability of listening, speaking , reading ,writing, thinking and asking in the English Class. In class, students should firstly form the habit of listening to teacher and other students in the group. The English teachers should praise for the right opinions, correct the wrong opinions. Secondly, to form the habit of speaking. In the classroom teaching, teacher should pay more attention on the students expression abilitys development and training. Teacher should let those students who are not good at showing themselves on behalf of the group to express their opinions. The teacher can also give them more opportunities to show and let them feel more joy of success. The teacher should require students pronunciation sound to be clear and loud, and speaking completely and be in good logic. At the same time, the teacher should give those students who have answered questions an objective evaluation and timely encourage them. Thirdly, the teacher should cultivate students the habits of reading textbooks. Fourthly, taking good notes in class. Fifthly, to develop the habit of independent thinking. To arrange appropriate time to allow students to conduct self-study and cultivate the good habit of independent thinking. Also let them produce their own ideas on understanding and solving the problem. At the same time, give those students who dont love to use their head or have difficulty in making use of the opportunity to use their head. The last, let students develop the habit of asking questions. The English teacher should take various forms to guide students to put forward their questions, dare to put forward different opinions and fully express their different views. Teachers should give students chance to suspect when they are teaching a new lesson, a review lesson, a exercise lesson. It can slowly cultivate students habit of asking question.
2.5 The Method of Cultivating to Form the Habits of Reviewing
The advantage of timely review is deepen and consolidate the understanding of the learning content,which can prevent students from the rapid forgetting after study. Hu Zhuanglin said, according to the forgetting curve, after remembering two or three days, the forgetting speed is the fastest and then gradually slow down. So students should timely review the learned knowledge. Students should avoid reviewing the learned content after a long time; otherwise, the learned knowledge will be forgotten depleted, which is equivalent to re-learn and it will greatly reduce the study efficiency. The saying goes, reviewing the old can get new things. In other word, reviewing the learned knowledge can get lots of new harvest.
3.Conclusion
During the English teaching, if the teacher can pay attention to cultivating the middle school students to develop good study habits before and after the class and stick to it long-term, which can effectively improve students learning efficiency and academic performance, and enhance the efficiency of secondary schools classroom teaching. Finally, achieve win-win situation for students and teachers.
