The year of 2015 is the 150th birthday of Huang Binhong who was a Chinese art historian and literati painter born in Jinhua City， Zhejiang Province in 1865. Various memorial celebrations have been held in the field of art including scene exhibitions and online discussions. He is considered one of the last innovators in the literati style of painting and noted for his freehand landscapes.
